Luxurious and very spacious double height barn conversion located outside the village of Y Ffôr. 5 minute drive from the market town of Pwllheli and on the door step of Pen Llyn's sandy beaches. The Barn is also a short drive into Snowdonia with views of Y Wyddfa (Snowdon) from the bedroom. Wood fired hot tub and wood burner. Oak and marble floors, freestanding bath, thick granite slab shower, granite and oak kitchen with plush velvet sofa gives the barn a very premium finish.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Situated halfway up a tree near the top of a mountain on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, with breathtaking panoramic sea and mountain views. Ty Coeden Bach offers unique, peaceful accomodation for up to two guests. Nestled near the top of Rhiw Mountain, between the popular villages of Abersoch and Aberdaron, it provides the perfect spot for either exploring everything the area has to offer, or to simply relax and unwind. Welcome to Bryn Goleu. Set in 3 acres , it’s a romantic, quirky and cosy barn, set 700 feet up Bwlch Mawr mountain with stunning sea and mountain views. You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.

Pen Y Bryn Bach was renovated back in in 2019, the former pig sty has many of its original features however it benefits from a large kitchen space which is ideal for entertaining. The property has private parking, Wi-Fi included and a smart TV with access to streaming sites such as Netflix. The lounge area offers a log burner for those cosy nights in. This location is ideal for couples, families and walkers wanting to get away to the country.
