Very clean mobile home on the Oconto River, with direct access to UTV/ATV Dusty Trail System and fishing out the front door. 2 bedroom 1 Bath. Cozy furnished living room and kitchen that is stocked with all cooking utensils needed for cooking and a great view of the river, large screen porch for dining or just relaxing, gas grill , coffee maker , TV. (Separate Contract) Cornhole boards, fishing rods, paddle boat, 2- kayaks, 2 adult size bikes. Fire pit is available, NO wood provided. Take a walk down to Slippery Rock! Then walk through the park a little further for some rock jumping! Our family enjoys Chute Pond and everything it has to offer.

For the city folk, there is a bar and a supper club within walking distance, WiFi, Classic Nintendo, Simpson's Arcade, and Legends Arcade Game with 250 Classic Games.
