Easy check in process and the hosts kindly allowed us to collect the key early so we could attend the wedding we were going to on time. Richard and Amal were friendly, welcoming and had very good communication in the lead up. The room itself was very clean, bottle of water each given for the room, comfortable bed and lovely en suite. The shower gel was appreciated. My only suggestion would be additional curtains/black out blind to help keep the room darker in the morning. I would highly recommend Amal and Richard’s room.

Lovely compact "Tiny Home" exactly as described in the advert situated in quiet neighbourhood,but still in walking distance to the harbour and vibrant centre of Folkestone. Sarah and Simon are very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay again.

well worth the stay. Good location idea for local amenities and an easy and pleasant walk to Folkestone town centre. Also good for visiting the local football club. Sigrid was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm and the shower nice and hot.

What a lovely private accommodation in a pretty area. Self contained room and fabulous ensuite. All spotlessly clean and with little touches to make it homely. Loved the octopus! Kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge provided. Tea and milk and cold water. Claire went out of her way to get us cutlery and dinner plates when she saw we were eating in. A very thoughtful host. Claire was in touch before hand with very clear directions for entry and photos too. I'm sorry we only had one night as there is a lot to see nearby, we have no hesitation in highly recommending Claire's place. And yes the bed is the comfiest we've slept in!
