You will love Moncks Bay and our property. Come and smell the sea and hear the gulls from your front door. Many things are very accessible from here and you don't even need a car. Lots of great walking tracks, Redcliffs a pleasant walk one way down the newly completed coastal pathway and then in the opposite direction you are taken to Sumner Village which has cafes, restaurants, gelato, gift stores and a supermarket. Bus stop is 50 metres away which does travel direct to and from the airport.

Kaihope Cottage was built around 1852 and retains a lot of its colonial charm. It is fully self-contained and recently refurbished and restored to add comfort and enjoyment to your stay. Kaihope Cottage is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy the peaceful picturesque surroundings. Our cottage is located near our homestead on our sheep and cattle farm. It is a stones throw from the sea, which offers fishing, swimming and boating.
