Such an amazing spot, and the view from the shower is stunning! Parking does require a bit of maneuvering, but the house is comfy and really well set up. We loved it

Angela was very responsive throughout our stay. we were on a mini w/e holiday with me doing a meeting at short notice. There was a little hiccup on our behalf and she called me right away to address it and was more than polite & understanding. All though our stay was short, this was our first experience in CHCH and I can happily say that it was the bestest short vacay we have ever had. Even on these cold nights the house was super warm, rooms were very spacious and the property was very local to things, neighbourhood is beautiful. Over all would definitely recommend. Was a great stay even with our little fur baby as the little court yard was completely fence in.

Really enjoyed our stay at the air BnB. Was touched by the thoughtful gestures of the hosts, they had left fererro chocolates for us by the bed sides. They were great at communicating and the location of the air BnB was close to where we needed to go. Thank you.

Had a great time staying here, wonderful spot to be based when in sumner. Very comfortable and good facilities. No full kitchen but enough utilities to make a small snack in the morning. Thanks !

Our family of four stayed for two weeks. Home away from home. We were very comfortable staying at Dane’s Airbnb. Felt safe in gated complex. Carpark included. Friendly and respectful neighbours. Children played in common areas together. Great location for our needs. Food places within walking distance. Extremely responsive host. Clean and tidy unit. Would happily stay here again on our next visit to Christchuch. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic property. Even better than photos. The pool and outside area was amazing. Every amenity you could think of was there. Added touch of a Christmas tree and a present under it for our the little girl in our group. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful spot in a very tranquil setting. The suite was perfect; lots of room, private and it had everything we needed and more. Without a car I wasn’t sure how easy this place would be to access but it was a short walk (uphill) from the bus stop. Loved our stay and how friendly, accommodating and helpful Jen was.

Very handy to the airport, especially for early morning flights. Place heated up really quickly.

This place is 5 star! The house is very comfortable with recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and is fully equiped - down to coffee pods for the coffee machine. Reverse cycle A/C (aka 'heat pump') means that the house was easily kept comfortably warm. Wood and kindling are provided for the fireplace. Off street parking is secure (behind an automatic gate). We didn't use the barbeque, the outdoor dining area, spa pool, gym equipment in the garage, or the skateboard ramp.

overall a great stay. the flat was as expected, fully functional and good equipped. access to the beach was nice, especially to observe the early sunrise. it's outside of New Brighton, to shops and bars it would be a 6+km walk (a bit long). there is a bus stop in front of the house which brings you to New Brighton in 10-15 min and into the city (bus interchange) in 40-45 minutes. with a car you probably would be better off. but it was absolutely OK without. the host Robert is a very nice guy. we had some good chats.

Great place to crash overnight on our way south. Helpful and responsive hosts. Comfy beds and clean space.

The house was perfect for our travelling volunteers to stay in while they were in town for a course. They loved the warm & comfortable space and would happily stay there again 🙂

This is a great place in the city for a very fair price! We were so comfortable and the space was bright, funky and so clean! Lexia was very flexible with our dates and we are very grateful… we would definitely stay again!

We were visiting family close by so this was a perfect relaxing and peaceful place to stay within walking distance. It’s a short taxi ride into the city which was very nice.

Our stay @ Bealey Ave Villa, was awesome. Didn't realize how close we were to the CBD. Cosy home, very clean and felt like home away from home. Would definitely book it again if we plan to come back to Christchurch. It was first time visiting Chch and it's a very beautiful city, we got to do a bit sightseeing as well. Thankyou so much Natalia, for all your help in our lead up to arriving in Chch.

Janee's place was an ideal location for us close to family. It was quiet & peaceful, next to a park. A very efficient heat pump kept it warm & cosy for winter. It was very clean & tidy & had everything we needed. Would love to stay again. Thanks Janee.
