Fantastic property, beautiful finishes and spacious. Very close to the city centre.

Logan’s place is a quiet gem in the city. Extra small touches such as coffee vouchers for the close by Monks cafe add value to a great stay. This the second time we have stayed here and will certainly return again. The black out blinds in the bedroom ensured a dark room and restful sleep in the comfortable bed. Layout is great and the place always clean and tidy. Street parking can be a challenge but we always find a park in the end that’s not too far away.

This apartment was in a terrific location for exploring Christchurch. It was easy walking distance to all of the downtown area. I liked that it was right next to the river so I could walk along it on the first part of my journey to most of the places I wanted to go. The botanical gardens are quite nearby and are a very relaxing place for a stroll in the afternoon. The apartment was nicely decorated and neat, with everything I needed for a 10-day stay. It was great to have a parking space downstairs. This spot is highly recommended and I hope to stay here again when I come back to Christchurch for work trips.

A great place to stay right in the centre of Christchurch’s tram route. Close to awesome restaurants, bars and you can book tickets to attractions right in the main lobby. Superb location. The apartment was also splendid with amenities galore. Mieke had all the equipment and items needed to cook meals, with cutlery and kitchen ware at your disposal. The beds were very comfortable and the heater worked a charm. Toilet was great too, but there was a bath rod that kept coming apart - likely due to a screw loose somewhere. Parking was also excellent with a private lot and seamless instructions for entry. Other than that, I’d recommend this place to anyone!

We had a lovely and unique stay at Brent’s. He was incredibly caring and detail-oriented. He had the heater on before our arrival to ensure the apartment was cozy, and was very considerate letting us take our time at checkout if needed. It made us feel welcomed and relaxed. He even came out personally to say goodbye and wish us well for the rest of our trip. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-hosted stay!

Fiona could not have been more helpful. I had a little incident and she was quick and responsive and went out of her way to help. Her apartment is perfect, clean, well appointed and very well situated just a short walk to the city centre. Highly recommend Fiona’s place.

Very modern, clean tidy central city apartment. Bed especially comfortable, nice yard and deck, private off street parking.

We had a lovely time at Lynette & Ken’s house. We had all the privacy one could want and Lynette & Ken were quick with their communications and really helpful. They are lovely helpful people who made a real effort to connect if we reached out. The bed was SO comfortable, with nice sheets and good pillows. The bathroom is top spec, better than 5 star motels in the quality of materials. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV was easy to use. We appreciated all the local area recommendations. Fantastic generous hosts, we’d stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Lynette and Ken!

Located within a short walk to great coffee, bar and restaurant precinct in central Christchurch. Very clean and comfortable and all the necessities needed to make your stay easy. Situated on a (sometimes) busy intersection, there is some traffic noise to consider and the local Fire station will add some extra ‘entertainment’. Great hosts.

Great little place, looked exactly like it did in the photos. Check in was super easy and instructions were very clear. Plenty of amazing little places to eat right within walking distance of the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

We’ve loved staying here, the location is amazing, we managed to do so much in Christchurch without using a car. The only thing I would say people should be aware of (especially light sleepers) is that you can hear the road potentially all night depending on how busy it is so might have to bring ear plugs!

Perfect location if you want to walk to stores or restaurant instead of driving. House was better than expected in terms of design and vintage look. Checking in is hard initially but I would ask for instructions beforehand and then park at the front of the Heritage if you’re coming by car, then drop the bags and park the car. Parking is very tightly spaced so be aware if you’re coming with a van. On the left side of the main entrance, there is street parking and a parking garage that you can pay for.

Absolutely beautiful place with the most spectacular views. We really enjoyed being able to relax in the nice warm spa overlooking the scenery with a glass of shampaz.

We had a fantastic 3 nights enjoying the views and character of Julie's place, very friendly with lots of locals tips and would definitely like to revisit with the family !

Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.

Pete and Tricia have made their facilities welcoming and user friendly. Great communication through out the process. We had a lovely stay and the location was perfect for our visit to Christchurch. We won’t hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful place. Away from the city life but still convenient when you need it
