This place is very special because of the location and the view! I couldn't stop looking at the sea, enjoying sunrise and sunset on the terrace. Christina came 5x/week to clean, which we didn't expect at all. She and Panos, the pool manager, were very friendly and gave us tips for the area. Marc was also available beforehand and very friendly in communication. The small house is located on the slope and can be reached from the parking lot via stairs. It's small but nice. The amenities are sufficient. The sitting area (sofa) could be larger, if the weather is not so good, it is only designed for 2 people. There were four of us as a family, but that was OK too! The 2 bedrooms each had a small bathroom. We were completely satisfied and enjoyed the beautiful location. Thank you for this beautiful place!

Pleasant stay spent close to the sea, the accommodation is very clean, well-equipped and surrounded by a beautiful well-maintained garden, Konstantinos is a very attentive host and good advice to make us have a pleasant stay in Corfu.

We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

We spent five nights at this place and felt very comfortable. We loved the huge terrace from which you could admire the vastness of the sea. :-)

Maria and George are great hosts. They told us everything we needed to know from the beginning. Moreover, they checked with us everyday to see if we are well and if we need anything. They recommended us nice places to either sunbathe or eat. Overall, they are such a nice family and me and my friends are glad we met them.

We had a great time in Avignon. The place was very clean and looked like the photos. We were greeted with a bottle of white wine and a packet of chips, much appreciated. There were even 6 bottles of still water already there. In the accommodation, everything necessary was present, sometimes even more (boxes of cotton swabs, facial wipes or even cotton pads). As for the host, he's very responsive! We had a problem with the air conditioning, and within the hour, someone came to fix it. The view from the accommodation was also great! I would recommend it 100%. The only small downside is that the beds are not super comfortable. But apart from that little detail, everything was perfect! Thank you so much!

Beautiful home where everything has been considered to the smallest detail. Really nice and wamt host. I really reccommend as we felt at home. Great location on the middle of the Island - must with a car og scooter. All in all, an amazing experience.

Feel at home, great place, beautifully decorated, all amenities. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, full of shops open every day, the most beautiful beach we met, sandy beach and 30 degrees water. Highly recommend!
