The host is very kind and welcoming. He is concerned about you and your stay. We didn't miss anything and he leaves us little things to snack on when we arrive. Everything you need to cook is there. A large supermarket is just next door. It's very easy to park by car right next to the apartment. And above all, the accommodation is spacious and very well maintained.

Spacious accommodation in a central location - 15 mins walk to most things. Clean & well stocked with essentials. Responsive host, easy check in & check out. 10 min walk to LIDL & free street parking available. Highly recommend.

What can I say about Kelly! An amazing person in a beautiful space! Kelly, at our request, was kind enough to allow us to do a small gathering at her place with catering. It was dreamy, a moment for us very important that we will remember forever! Kind, sweet, welcoming! Always willing to help with anything! We booked the whole house, a very large space ready to host several people and very beautiful! A lovely garden, super well-maintained! We are very happy to have chosen this place and wish our way to bring us back there soon! The space is also suitable for people who want quiet and seclusion. It's among olive fields and endless greenery! Just 15 minutes from the center of Kalamata and 4 minutes from Messina! Nothing was difficult for us! Thank you very much ❤️🌸

A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

Very nice place, perfect for my one night stay but also for longer. Very close to the city center, plenty of restaurant and shops. I had a very beautiful stay and wish to come back one day in the future!

Don't think twice! Book this place! This was an excellent find for our family of four. As soon as we walked in, our kids immediately thanked us for renting this beautiful apartment. The view was out of this world. Spent a lot of time on the balcony just taking in the surroundings. The kitchen had all we needed, even an electric mixer to make frappes! Extremely comfortable beds and pristinely clean. Our host was very kind and responsive. Gave us so much helpful information, even emailed a pdf prior to our stay with many things to do/places to eat and drink. Was wonderful to have the peaceful environment of Mavrovouni beach as well as the picturesque town of Gytheio only a few minutes drive away with many options for food and drink. We can't wait to come back!

Friendly host who was very professional. The housekeeper Melina was wonderful and very responsive to our needs. The villa is beautifully decorated and really feels special once you walk in. The pool was cleaned several times a week as was the flat. The location is fantastic, great views and very secluded. Neighbouring villas can see you from one side though, some plants would be good to make the rooftop ultra private. I would definitely book this place again.

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

Very nice place place close to three beaches in Traditional village. The place had all the amenities and our host was kind enough to leave 6 liters of water. We will be back.

Jeannette's place was very conveniently located for our winter weekend in the city of Kalamata. The house was very clean upon our arrival and mostly everything functioned perfectly. Jeannette was very responsive and made us feel at home. I would suggest to prepare a small map of the exact location - not via google maps - a simple hand drawn map. The fact that it is inside a hidden alley doesn't come up on the app. Also, the garden needed better cleaning. Of course we arrived after a period of heavy rains however, the garden looked like it hadn't been tended to for a while. With a lot of cat dung. Overall, it was a great weekend, we enjoyed our walks around the city and drives in the surrounding areas. We were lucky weather-wise too!

Very nice place to stay, right in the middle of Agios Nicolaos. 100 meters to Knospi Beach, or to the harbor. On the first floor there is a terrace overlooking the olive grove, on the second floor there is a balcony with sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. The amenities are very cozy and spotless. Stavroula is super friendly and always available. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the apartment very nice and clean, we had water, snacks, bubble baths, a lot of electrical appliances, even had an umbrella that we forgot to take.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. Perfect accommodation! Large spacious bathroom, two independent bedrooms, sitting room with kitchen with extra sofa bed. The kitchen had everything except coffee maker (which we personally used a lot). Cleanliness! Mrs. Evangelia is just wonderful! Always with a smile to ask if we are missing anything! The beach below the house is accessible on foot in 2 minutes, with thin gravel, which in the afternoon was like private (we were almost on our own). The best vacation we've had! Thank you very much!

Bright and comfortable home and great host

The hosts were very polite and nice. They answered very quickly for every question and sent helpful information. The apartment condition was just great, everything modern and clean. Nespresso coffee machine & coffee capsules, milk frothers make delicious coffee. Very comfortable with the dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Basic ingredients for cooking were provided such as olive oil, salt, pepper. Parking on the street was very easy. The city center is easily reached on foot. We were all very satisfied and will recommend or come back.

What a wonderful place with great hosts! The location is amazing with beautiful views of the bay. At night it was so peaceful that we could hear the wildlife. Fiona and Dimitris are lovely hosts, always responsive, and so helpful, which made us feel at home straight away. The local village is only 5mins by car, with lovely restaurants right at the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
