This apartment is cosy and comfortable, there're all necessary things (furniture, kitchen devices, laundry devices, shower gel, shampoo etc), wifi is good and fast! Location is really great, it's quiet and close to the park but at the same time it's close to the shops and bus/tram stops. Host was friendly and helpful during all my stay. I recommend this place!

Thank you very much for a pleasant stay! Everything was as described and expected and it is a lovely apartment (in a rather old building, but that wasn't a concern for us). You can walk to the main station in around 15 minutes, so it is close enough to the city, but also enough far away to be a little more quiet and also we were happy to have a reserved parking space! The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa, which can be transformed into a bed, but according to my brother is was comfortable :) We would recommend the apartment!

It's all good, close to parking and public transportation. Quiet neighborhood. The apartment is clean, everything I needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Very good communication with the host. I recommend!

A sensational apartment in a great location. Furnished in good taste. Spacious, comfortable and well-maintained. Contact with Ms. Aleksandra at 6+. We were only here for the weekend, but you can easily spend a week or two here. If there is another opportunity, we will certainly use it again!

Beautiful apartment! In a perfect location. Right at the train station in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment is very authentic, you feel right at home and welcome. The apartment itself is a dream! Beautiful, large, spacious, stylishly furnished and extremely clean. The host is extremely friendly, the value for money is unbeatable. I can recommend it without reservation at any time! Thank you for everything.

Very nice and cozy flat everything as in the description I have rented a few flats in Katowice definitely the best so far and I can't find any minuses. Ania is a very nice and positive person always answers questions quickly. Next time I'm in Katowice I'll definitely come back to the same place 🥰

Kasia's place is exactly as described. The apartment is well equipped and has a perfect location. Very central, but still quiet. All public transportation is within walking distance. This makes it easy to explore Chorzow and Katowice. Kasia was always available and quickly answered any questions we had. We will certainly be back. Only in terms of parking, it should be mentioned that there is no free parking on the premises and parking on the adjacent street is subject to a charge between 10 am and 6 pm.

I stayed in this one-bedroom apartment in Katowice for about two and a half months while working in the area, and overall, it was a great experience. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped and perfect for a longer stay. The location was excellent: close to a beautiful park, a gym and swimming pool, and a convenient store just around the corner. It also had easy access to the main road, which made commuting very straightforward. The only small downside was the lack of dedicated parking. At times, I had to park a bit farther from the apartment, but I was always able to find a spot eventually, so it wasn’t a major issue. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in Katowice, especially for an extended period!

Clean apartment in an area with lots to do!

Fantastic place. Very modern, very stylish. Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room and Bedroom all lovely. Very well furnished. Massive TV Lovely balcony area. Felt safe. Water pressure good. Lots of cupboard space. Only thing missing was a microwave and some oven gloves. Not much to do in the surrounding area, other than going to see the castle, so best for a quiet retreat. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.
