incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

Great location and super comfortable house!! Everything you need to feel at home!

Es el tercer año consecutivo que alquilo este Airbnb por mi cumpleaños y siempre me llevo una grata experiencia. Tanto el Sr Guido como sus hijas, que son quiénes me atendieron en esta ocasión, son súper amigables y te brindan toda la info necesaria además de responder rápidamente a mis consultas. Es un espacio muy bonito para compartir con tu pareja, familia o amigos de confianza. Gracias nuevamente por esta buena y linda experiencia :)

If you’re staying in Lima and don’t want to hang out in a high rise, this place is it. Don’t look any further - schedule your trip around the availability. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and there was likely easily enough room for 5 more. Everything is stocked from the kitchen to the closets, natural gas, grill, etc. The backyard is something we just don’t have in North America/Europe. You’ll be blown away. Also the hosting crew will go above and beyond. We had to switch a gas tank for hot water - Saul was there in 15 minutes. We also had a completely unrelated issue to the stay - our photographer for family pictures just completely flaked on us. Within 12ish hours they had a replacement just based on their own networks. If you’re thinking Peru ‘sounds’ scary because of what you read on the internet, you couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone was wonderful and welcoming - and the above are just great examples of that.

Excelente lugar, volvería más de una vez. Lo único que quizá en lo personal diría que puede mejorar es tener una TV más moderna, pero es gusto personal. La comunicación fue buena y atenta en todo momento, recomendado

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s clean, comfortable, lots of place, multiple bathrooms and closets. Having washing machine and a dryer is a great asset when traveling. The location is excellent: beautiful area, close to multiple restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies and bars. Julio is a very responsive and helpful owner. Check in and check out were very easy. Julio was waiting for us when we arrived and Answered all our questions . He went out of his way to take us to the pharmacy and helped us translate

Good stay in a beautiful apartment! The space was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, with thoughtful treats waiting for us. Ubers were easy to find, and the building felt safe with security at the front desk. Check-in was smooth, and the host stayed in constant touch to ensure everything was going well. Elisa, the point of contact, was very helpful. The only downside was that the dryer wasn’t working, but overall, a wonderful stay. Would recommend!

I had an incredible stay at this BnB! The front desk staff was embracing and supportive from my arrival to departure, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The wide patio doors opened to a beautiful park view, letting in fresh air and the city’s energy. While the street noise took some adjusting, I grew to love waking up to Lima’s rhythm—morning traffic, yoga, Muay Thai, and the vibrancy of daily life. Thoughtful touches, like the aji pepper book, added cultural charm, and the kitchen and ample storage made it feel like home. The location is perfect—right between Miraflores and Barranco, making it easy to explore both by foot or quick Uber access. Whether from the patio, couch, or bed, this space offered comfort, culture, and connection to the city. I’m grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay again! El departamento de Mila es excelente si quieres tener todo cerca. Me encantó que tenga estacionamiento y una recepción 24 horas. Volvería a quedarme aquí.

哎，一言难尽啊，第一次在爱彼迎平台预订公寓，结果因为漏水问题需要赔偿，2024年底的心情不太好了，在秘鲁也没心情游玩了，早日回国吧。

An immaculate apartment with a fantastic host... possibly one of the greatest air bnb's in all of Lima. It is incredibly spacious, with incredible views, and a true sense of interior design. Our Host Tere was always very responsive, even with somewhat trivial questions and problems, very professional and endearing. If you are a family or a group I 100% recommend it. It's literally on the edge of LarcoMar. 10/10
