AIRBNB needs a category of Super Super Host to cover Rafaella & Peirina. They proactively made sure we had what we needed including case of pure water before we arrived. When I caught a sinus & throat virus they showed up at our door with some lemon, ginger & tea.. amazing. Their house manual is the best we have seen; much useful area information. The house is well equipped and very clean. The location is also perfect near the malecon and near many restaurants. Nice that they spoke English to cover our weak Spanish. If we return to Lima someday would greatly hope that they have an availability.

Our stay was wonderful. We went to the family for a son's wedding and the house , besides hosting us comfortably, was a support base for my son's wedding. There we did rehearsals for the wedding, we took photos of the groom, anyway, it was very helpful to us. At our request they purchased sandwich maker, shapes and kitchen equipment especially to serve us. The gentleness of Angie and her parents moved us.

Definitely a bargain considering the location extremely quiet neighborhood. The boardwalk 4blocks away, restaurants everywhere super cheap and delicious. Walking distance to the Tambo ( similar to 7-11) plenary of travel agencies two blocks away (fabulous 5-day trip to Cuzco/ Machu Picchu all inclusive $800 for 2 adults including airfare).

A bedroom is equipped with a spacious bed adorned with white linens. A striped accent wall adds character, while a chandelier softly illuminates the space. A modern glass-enclosed bathroom is visible in the background, featuring a large shower area.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

A pleasant stay, close to Lima and close to Plaza Vea del KIO, the house is just like the photos, very nice and big!!! And the hosts always responded to you on time… The only drawback we had was the noise in the area, until the wee hours of the morning they were partying, and although the house was close to the beach, the beach was not very nice, a lot of people and very dirty; but these are things that are beyond the host's control!!!

Beautiful house with a beautiful outdoor area to spend time with family and friends. Unfortunately, pool bathroom wasn’t 💯 operational but Ricardo’s was on top of it and responsive. Great times. !

This home really felt like a home away from home. It had all the amenities we needed to attend to our little ones. It also has a clean pool where we played and ran around the yard. There is a nearby market where we were able to buy essential items for the day. Cereal, Milk, eggs, bread, jam, deli, veggies, fruits and juice. The master bedroom has an AC, we all crammed there to sleep nice and cool. Lovely home. I would return.

It really didn't work out with places where I had stayed, but this is a space that has everything and is in good condition. You don't feel suffocated either because although it's small it has divided areas and a balcony. The internet is very good, and that's something that's lacking in accommodations in Peru. 100% recommended

The apartment is located in a fantastic area, just a short distance from wonderful restaurants and shops. Monica, the host, was extremely helpful and always available to assist with any needs. She even kindly arranged reliable transportation to and from the airport with a trusted driver, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the apartment was in impeccable condition, very comfortable, and had all the amenities as listed. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful apartment.

Diana always responded very quickly, bathroom with hot water (which was difficult in the rest of Peru. She sent a pdf with nearby locations, clean room and bathrooms, it is very close to the airport.
