Absolutely wonderful stay in every way! The villa itself is one of the best on the island with a breathtaking view. Getting up the hill to the villa was the trickiest part, although simply renting an ATV and riding up the hill became easy, comfortable, and actually very fun after a few rides! Odile & George were very communicative during every key step, from recommending the best bars, restaurants, beaches, and activities, offering personal rides when needed, to arranging boat tours and even a helicopter ride back to the airport upon departure! Overall 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting a fun, romantic, or simply peaceful escape to a beautiful Greek island :)

We loved our stay at Stephen’s villa. Both he and his housekeeper were extremely helpful and accommodating! We loved the location accross from the beach and next to far out beach club. It was easy to get into the village too with the bus stop being accross the street. The home was very comfortable for the 4 of us and we loved our slow mornings on the patio getting to watch the waves. I highly recommend staying here.

The Villa was absolutely perfect. It perfectly matched all descriptions and was even better than we expected. There’s so much space and the pool is huge! The view is incredible - we loved watching the boats come in and out in the port. The Villa is in a very unique spot with very unique construction - really one of a kind. The hosts were very helpful in finding local spots. The Villa was very well stocked with food and drink - and the morning pastries were incredible. We had an incredible banana cake on our second morning that we’ll remember fondly. The hosts also helped us identify local restaurants and a cooking class to attend. We’re so thankful for Giorgos and Eleftheria’s hospitality and hope to return to Ios soon. It’s hard to imagine a better place to stay. Zero complaints - perfect time in the Villa!

Absolutely loved our stay at Giulia's Airbnb! The views are absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect—right between Chora and Mylopotas Beach (both easily walkable). Just enough out the way to feel like your own private space of paradise. Can guarantee not many places on the island are as relaxing then by the pool at the property. Giulia was an amazing host, always responsive and full of great recommendations for things to do around the island. Her hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. We were able to park Quad Bikes there that we could use to explore the island on! Giulia also arranged a private transfer to and from the port and her property for a good price to ease the check-in/out process. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay on Ios!

What a find!! Amazing traditional house in superb location - a stone’s throw from a lovely beach and watersports centre (we hired kayaks which was fun). The house is full of character, clean, well equipped and spacious. I had fun cooking in the characterful kitchen. Joe was helpful and flexible with check in. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Gail's villa in Ios! The property is beautifully designed, tastefully decorated with Gail's own stunning artwork, and fully equipped with everything you need. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The views from both the balcony and pool are simply breathtaking, offering a peaceful and scenic escape. What truly sets this place apart is the host, Gail. She is exceptionally warm, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable stay. We can't recommend this villa highly enough!

The Villa had everything we needed we stayed five night at Stephen’s villas and I’m looking forward to revisit again the island and staying at his place . If you want the authentic Ios experience, Joe’s place is it. Nestled at the far end and right on the beach at Mylopotas, the villa is really well equipped, spacious, comfortable and easy to get to/from all the key places on the island. It’s right next door to Far Out Beach Club, so listening to some chill house on the veranda or in the shower as the sun goes down was a real treat. And the music doesn’t go too late so was no issue for us (with two girls 8 and 6). Joe was super welcoming, friendly and always nearby if we needed anything. Fantastic host. Thanks Joe, we’ll be back for sure!
