Das Apartment ist nicht umsonst hoch bewertet. Für mich war alles perfekt. Vom Check-in bis Check-out ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Habe selten in Thailand so gut geschlafen, weil die Dämmung des Zimmers sehr gut ist. Wirklich absolut empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder.

Мы невероятно благодарны за этот опыт! Квартира оказалась идеальной: чистота, уют, стильный интерьер, всё продумано до мелочей. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Расположение отличное, особенно если есть байк: рядом пляж, магазины и основные точки острова. Комплекс удобный, атмосфера вокруг расслабляет, отдых прошёл идеально. Квартира полностью укомплектована: кондиционеры, стиралка, посуда, фен, пылесос, много вешалок. Всё работает на высшем уровне. Мы сообщали хозяевам о мелочах — скрипящей кровати и временно неработающем втором лифте. Они быстро всё взяли во внимание и были всегда на связи, что очень ценно. Крыша с бассейном и красивыми пейзажами стала нашей любимой локацией для отдыха, а закаты, рассветы - восхищение! Всё настолько понравилось, что оставили подарок для будущих гостей — доску для плавания. Она точно пригодится, ведь пляж совсем рядом. Этот отпуск стал одним из лучших. В данных апартаментах мы останавливались семьёй на 9 дней. Жильё нам понравилось, все в целом соответствует описанию и фото. По факту квартира немного меньше, чем выглядит на фото. Диван раздвижной, рассчитан на человека невысокого роста. Дочка ростом 168 см спала по диагонали. Хозяйка Евгения очень отзывчивая, оперативно отвечала на мои вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что проживание в апартаментах в данном кондоминиуме не предполагает бесплатное использование трансфера до Boat avenue и до пляжа. Данная услуга доступна бесплатно только постояльцам отеля (кто напрямую снимает номер у Diamond resort ). Но это не проблема, так как до пляжа можно дойти пешком за 10-15 мин. и рядом всегда находится тук тук. На нём добраться можно гораздо дешевле. Также при заселении или выселении, если вы хотите оставить чемоданы на ресепшене, вам придётся заплатить 300 бат. Бесплатно только для постояльцев отеля. Рекомендую данные апартаменты, мы хорошо здесь провели время.

Great flat, exactly as pictures show and completely spotless. Nice touches with coconuts on arrival and a beach bag with towels and some toys for the kids. Pool was perfect and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Hosts were very responsive and helpfully suggested where to go for amenities. Definitely recommend!

Sehr schöne Anlage und eine sehr schöne Wohnung, leider war auch bei unserer Ankunft das Türschloss nicht zu öffnen, die Elektonik hat einfach nicht reagiert, irgendwie bzw. irgendwann ging es dann doch…. Nach langer Anreise, im Dunkeln bei gefühlt 33 Grad war es etwas anstrengend. In der Wohnung liegen dann zwei Schlüsselkarten, diese funktionierten problemlos. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig, der Strand war im April fast menschenleer, ebenso die Pools der top gepflegten Anlage. Durch das Security Personal hat man immer das Gefühl der Sicherheit. Parken ist direkt an der Anlage ebenfalls gesichert. In der Wohnung gibt es kostenlos Trinkwasser für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe und sind gut zu erreichen (für Snacks und kaltes Bier kann man wunderbar im Mickey Monkey nebenan sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen).

Eine schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung . Mit der Möglichkeit sich selbst tu versorgen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sehr groß, das ist einfach toll. Das Highlight ist der Balkon mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und am Abend kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Der Strand ist nach 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen, was einfach toll ist. Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

100% recommended. The home is wonderful- you have everything what you need for long or short term, clean and comfortable. Evgeny is a wonderful. You really have to stay in this home- you can check in from 8 in the morning and check out until 6 at the night or when you need if your flight is late- it’s amazing. Definitely will back here. We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. The location is perfect for such a period. If we would have stayed for a longer period, of course, the apartment should look for a bigger one. Overall it was great, clean cozy, lots of cool places in the neighborhood. In general, if you want to spend an unforgettable time in a place to eat this is what you need. Be immediately ready for the fact that 90% of your neighbors will be Russian-speaking)))

Wonderful 5 star stay in the Condo on my own. The apartment was nice and clean. Check in with Gibbs was easy. She is lovely! It was great that I could use the Diamond Resort pool. There was a shuttle to Boat Avenue (supermarket and restaurants) and Bang Tao beach. There tuk tuk stand is right outside the resort too. It was easy communicating with Davide and the group. Davide was quick at helping me. I will be back again, I enjoyed my stay there.

Very much enjoyed Adrian’s place, he is a very responsive host. I was surprised at the local recommendation list he had procured for us. Adrian responds extremely quickly, and will address and concerns you might have. The place itself was great, it was far enough away from the craziness of Bangla but just a 10-15 min walk to that craziness if you wanted to see it. The place was clean, private, modern and very homey. Loved the stay would stay again

This property is a great value! The unit was immaculate. Host is super responsive and friendly. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes. Direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. Surf can be a bit rough, but it is definitely swimmable. Highly recommend

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

I had an absolutely delightful Chinese New Year holiday at Tara's house. The house is beautifully designed and truly a dream home for me. Tara was incredibly thoughtful by preparing New Year decorations for us after learning that we were celebrating Chinese New Year there. Every facility in the house was complete, making our holiday extremely enjoyable. To our great surprise, Tara arranged for a housekeeper every day to tidy up the rooms and do our laundry. This is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in.

Absolutely stunning house. Everything was perfect. I can't recommend it enough. I will try to return in the near future. 5☆☆☆☆☆
