I rented this beautiful home for a girl’s trip of 10. It did not disappoint. The host was very responsive and the house manager Aom who also cooked us delicious meals upon request was very warm and welcoming. The housekeeper too did a great job keeping the house clean. The house is close to great restaurants and a beach. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Where on Airbnb do you give 6 stars? Everything about Sandra’s place is world class. There simply isn’t a detail they missed and so many small touches from the pre-arrival comms to the warm welcome note and bubbles to the comfy hotel grade beds and linen. The kids never got out of the pool and we really didn’t want to leave. It was the PERFECT start to our holiday. We’d love to come back!

This is a beautiful place for hosting extended families and friends. The rooms are large and felt private enough to have your own space whilst the shared areas were perfect for enjoying time together, around the pool, dinner table or just relaxing in the lounge. Khun Jit is an exceptional housekeeper- nothing was too much trouble, we felt so well looked after we didn’t want to leave. Huge thanks also to Keith for his proactive recommendations and promptly answering any question we sent his way

We were skeptical when we booked this villa as it didnt have many reviews. Checked with Vinavan (Host) and she assurred we wont be disappointed. True that! Villa was indeed fantastic. Much better than the pictures with spacious bed rooms, bath rooms, large living and kitchen area and a long and wide swimming pool (much bigger than what you;d see in other 3/4 BR villas in Phuket, and especially Bang Tao area. Kitchen was fully equipped and we had cleaning lady cleaning every day. Elle (property manager) was very resourceful and responsive. We felt like home during our entire stay. Boat Avenue has plenty of Local and Western restaurants, which is only 4mins drive from the villa. It was very easy to get grab bike (40THB) or Grab car/Tuk Tuk (200THB) from villa to Boat avenue. Bang Tao beach is only 5-6mins walk away with plenty of beach clubs, water activities for kids etc. All in all, this place is home away from home. very well equipped, great staff and great location! Dont miss it!

Very quiet single house, security is good, security is very quiet and chill at the door.It's so close to Bang Tao Beach and some business districts!It's a wealthy neighborhood!I would like to find a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Phuket, three rooms are perfect for traveling with friends, half an hour from the airport, especially convenient.The noodles store at the doorstep is also delicious

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! It's incredibly well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The host was extremely helpful and always available to assist with any requests, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that the electricity cost was a bit high compared to the average, but overall, it's a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

Great stay, great communication and great and above all safe facility. Great for families with children with the pool in the garden (not visible). Grab taxis to Boat Avenue between 200-300 BAHT - order food via Grab, huge selection. Definitely will be back.

Best villa in Phuket. Good view

Travelled with a group of seven friends and the villa suited us perfectly.. the villa was huuuuge and there were lots of spare rooms. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and catered to our every request. Would highly recommend for a large group hoping to experience Patong and surrounds. :)

Our stay in the villa was just fantastic! The place was just as beautiful as in the photos – if not better. Everything was very clean, stylishly furnished and designed with a lot of love for detail. The private pool was a real highlight – super well maintained, pleasantly tempered and perfect for relaxing. The only small downside was the location – a little remote. If you are looking for peace, this is the place to be.

We had a magical family stay at Ira's villa. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is new, spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfect for a family vacation. The large garden and private pool delighted both children and adults. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping is a real luxury that allowed us to really disconnect. The staff is lovely, discreet and always smiling. The villa is ideally located, in a safe neighborhood, close to shops on foot and a short drive to the beach and Villa Market. The free shuttle to Laguna is very convenient. And above all, a huge thank you to Ira, an exceptional host: kind, available, always ready to help and be of service. We leave with wonderful memories and the desire to come back soon!

Absolutely perfect - gated community private car port, beautiful roof terrace , gardens and pool . Villa was perfect and in a perfect area for many shops , restaurants & bars and Bang Tao beach . Couldn’t suggest any way to make it better and highly recommend staying there . Thankyou Frank

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this villa in Phuket. The villa was beautiful—spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. What truly made the stay special was the host, Pawan. He went above and beyond in every way to make sure I was comfortable. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well, and Pawan personally went out of his way to get me medicine. That kind of kindness and genuine care is something you don’t come across often. I felt truly looked after throughout my stay, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Phuket, staying here with Pawan as your host will make your trip even more memorable.

The house is very nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities inside. We especially enjoyed the pool, which was a great spot to relax. The surrounding area is quiet and beautiful, perfect for a peaceful stay. However, the distance to the nearest beach and shop is quite far, so it’s something to keep in mind. A deposit of 3,000 THB is required, which was clearly stated in the listing. One major issue we encountered was finding the correct house. Although we had a phone number to call, we struggled to communicate, and ultimately, a helpful taxi driver assisted us in reaching the location.

For a long time, we chose a villa in the wonderful Laguna Fairway. The villa has all the necessary amenities, the villa has a wonderful view of the golf course, you can watch the games take place. The host Matthew was a very customer-oriented, honest, gracious and pleasant person. I was quick to respond to any questions. Matthew, thank you for a wonderful vacation in your cozy villa.

The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and situated in a great location, just a short walk from a private gym at the end of the road. The gated security provided a sense of safety and privacy, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities!

Zhanna's house is near the airport - and you can definitely hear plain sounds - but it's didn't bother us that much. Pool is not heated so it felt a bit cold once the sun was gone, but I prefer high temperatures. All in all, the home is lovely and even better than the photos.
