A perfect place for family of 4 for 5 nights!Christophe done a good hosting through his proactive and friendly supports in all the need required!every necessity is right down the building,at close walkable distance!!We had car so going at Kamala beach and coming from there& all the beach clubs or Patong area was very easy!Altogether we enjoyed the view from the Apt.and had a good five days there!

Our host was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with, always checking in to see if we needed anything. The place was beautiful, offering stunning scenic views of Phuket town. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

Guys place was way better than we expected. The place was well maintained and clean . The stay was well furnished with all basic necessary amenities one could ask for a couple of days stay. Guy was prompt with communication and guiding us to have a comfortable stay. 10/10 would recommend this stay for the price .

Outstanding stay. One of the best places I have stayed in. The view of the beach from the balcony is one of a kind. The hosts are so nice and friendly.

We very much enjoyed the fantastic apartment with great views, it was very clean 😀 We have been there for a month and certainly repeatable!! it is a bit high so not walkable,but with a taxi 🚖 good to do!! We would also like to thank Aoijai and Michael for the good care.👍🏽

Our stay at Seaview Residence was absolutely perfect for our family. From the moment we booked, communication with the host was seamless. Check-in was incredibly easy. The host went above and beyond, providing thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and family-friendly spots. We followed several of their suggestions and were never disappointed—it made planning our days a breeze. The residence itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and very family-friendly. We loved having beach access just steps away, making it so easy to head down for a quick swim or sunset walk. It’s also a short, convenient walk to shops and restaurants, but still feels quiet and relaxing. And the view—just stunning. Like something out of a storybook, with sweeping ocean views from the balcony. We can’t recommend this place enough. It’s perfect for families or groups looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-hosted stay in Phuket. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Beautiful affordable place to stay! Host was very responsive at all times. Had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool after long day. Only thing it’s far away from the city .

Very nice place, it is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and street food points. There are several swimming pools and a gym on site, clean and modern rooms. I recommend

Stayed for two days here...place was amazing! Had an issue with a lock on sliding door and maintenance was there to fix in less than 5 min after notification. Place was very clean! Shower head could use to be replaced was the only thing we noticed. Safe was being replaced as well as I let him know it would not open. Outstanding communication with a ton of local advice. Thank you!!!

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Super location, great facilities, so handy having a washing machine and rooftop pool. Overall great value, only negative is the lack of a 2nd key and essentials

5/5 Stars Sam was an amazing host—very hospitable and helpful! The Airbnb listing was great and the location was convenient. Just a heads-up: make sure to wait for Sam to send you the exact location through Airbnb messages—we took a taxi and got dropped off at the wrong spot, but it worked out fine. Sam helped us find a laundromat and shared some great tips and tricks for exploring Thailand. Highly recommend staying here!

The unit was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of how impressive it was. We were less than 50m from the ocean. The entire complex was beautifully set out with swimming pools the length of the complex. The unit had two master bedrooms as well as a third separate bathroom. Vevee also had every imaginable accessory for the guests included in the unit. There is also a regular shuttle from reception to the local shops (Turtle Village) which had everything you would want. We will definitely go back again.

The host is very responsive and helpful! I was connected with Scarlett, and she helped me with all the things i needed, including waiting for the maintenance to fix the wifi. The place is as described and very comfortable! All the amenities are as described and the surroundings are peaceful and friendly. There are two rooms in this place, but I only use one because the other room smells like vomit and had cockroaches, but everything else is fine. And one inconvenience is the room downstairs was under construction from 9 am - 5 pm, the noise was killing me. But after all, i had a great time there.

A great location. Compact but had all we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Olaf’s flat. It is as described on the picture: spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It felt like home. The block of flats is on a peaceful and cute little road with several restaurants next to it. The Surin beach is also a perfect beach, for family. We will return if we travel to Phuket again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Mark’s place. He was very helpful and ensured we knew the local area. Check in and our was smooth and easy. The apartment has everything you need and it’s a great location.
