Host was really nice and friendly. Very nice woman. She cares about your stay, and making a great time for you. She's very communicative and responsive. The place is new as well, with great A/C if you need it, and laundry around the corner for only 20 THB. Highly recommended!

Super schönes Haus mit tollen Pool und Blick über die ganze Stadt Patong. Es ist oben auf dem Berg gelegen direkt an einem Hang. Dadurch hat man viel Privatsphäre und ist ungestört. Von der Lage her sollte man wissen das es viele Stufen gibt und das Haus nur über einen sehr steilen Weg erreichbar ist, her braucht man entweder einen Roller oder ein Taxi. Die Putzfrau kommt jeden Tag wie verabredet und putzt die und die Küche. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Wonderful stay! Lots of shops, restaurants, and a huge 7/11 nearby. Pretty central to everything in Phuket which is nice because everything is so spaced out there. Very close to the beach, and a very clean space.

The stay was very successful, the house is located in a very nice place. Although the pin showed much closer to the beach than the actual address. The place was clean, well-kept, all amenities (towels, air conditioning...) provided. I recommend!

We stayed 7 days in Feb 2025, the villa well matched our expectations. At the end we've extended our stay for another 3 days at the villa. Great value. Highly recommend. Naiyarat is very friendly and responsive host.

Villa conforme aux attentes. Retirée quelque peu de la ville, on a pu découvrir plusieurs restaurants très locaux. 7/11 et Lotus accessibles pas loin à pied ou en scooter. Toutefois, la villa se trouve dans un quartier avec une mosquée à proximité. La prière se fait entendre aux différentes heures et l’alcool n’est pas disponible partout dans les magasins ou restaurant. Le séjour était vraiment top. La villa est nouvelle, très propre et la qualité des prestations est à la hauteur du prix non excessif. Complexe sécurisé par le personnel de gardiennage qui était très sympa. L’équipe de Bua est réactive aux questions et différentes demandes. Un transport a été organisé pour nous prendre en charge à l’aéroport jusqu’à la villa. Je recommande la villa 👌🏼

It was one of the best stay for us till date through Airbnb. We friends, made a lifelong memory with them. Ric & his son Will are tremendous host & help once you reach the Villa. They will be there with all their help, right from suggesting local restaurants to massage parlour to coffee spots. Any minor issue, you just need to tell them & they are right there to fix it with top priority. Great great amenities, it will give you a feel of Home. A highly recommend place, would love to go back again just for the hospitality of Ric, Will & Henri.

Ein Traumaufenthalt, der alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat! Unsere Gastgeber Bee und Yves haben uns mit ihrer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft absolut verzaubert. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir persönlich und mit einer besonderen Herzlichkeit Willkommen geheißen. Die äußerst geschmackvolle Einrichtung, bequeme Betten mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche, ein fast 15 Meter langer Salzwasserpool, 2 Terrassen, ein hervorragend gepflegter Garten und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen benötigt, haben uns besonders begeistert. Bee und Yves waren nicht nur super schnell erreichbar, sondern haben uns auch mit persönlichen Restaurant-Tipps abseits der Touristenpfade versorgt. Wir hatten das Gefühl, willkommene Freunde statt Gäste zu sein! Fazit: Selten haben wir uns irgendwo so wohlgefühlt! Diese Unterkunft ist ein Erlebnis, das man nicht vergisst. Amazing stay here, possibly the best apartment in Kamala, stunning views, great rooms, it’s quite luxurious. Host is a great communicator, stayed here for 11 days and was readily available at all times.

Все было круто, отзывчивый владелец, отвечал моментально. Хорошая кофейня рядом, кофе был хорош. Так же есть спортзал. Охранник на въезде в виллы очень добрый. Это была прекрасная неделя. Так же владелец оставил все нужные принадлежности, начиная от базовых, заканчивая едой. Сама вилла очень просторная с высокими потолками, все было довольно чисто и уютно, солнечные батареи сэкономили нам примерно 100-200$ на электроэнергии.

This is a gorgeous place that feels really remote, but is only a short walk to two beaches, restaurants, massage, etc. I loved the private pool and the well-equipped children’s room. I would definitely stay here again in future.

Feeling right at home with peace and comfort. Jan's place is always my first choice when I go to Phuket and I appreciate his very fast reply. He's been helpful with tips and is really welcoming. The house is spacious and has a really great value for money. The house has 4 bedrooms with a full bathroom each so there was more than enough space for everybody. We felt very comfortable with the beds which were huge. 100% recommendation!

What a fabulous host Tatiana was, we cannot thank her enough for letting us stay in her beautiful home from home. The villa was amazing and we would 100% stay here on our next visit to Thailand. The bungalow was outstanding. You could not ask for more. A private yard and balcony right in front of the beach. Access to shared space to make friends and the beach itself was very nice. Not overly crowded with everything you need right up the hill. I would stay here again without hesitation. The place is well maintained and charming. Communication was seamless with Michael and his team. 10 days was simply not enough!

Really nice people and flexible hours. The house is really well equipped. The kitchen is excellent. The girl who received me is really nice. Worth the money. Really close to the center of Kamala and drove to Patong for 15 minutes.
