Monthly Rentals in Chiyoda City

I stayed at Yukari's apartment for 1 month with my brother and we had a good stay here. The apartment is quite big for Tokyo, very pretty and clean. There's a big bathtub and all the basics you might need. Be aware that there is no elevator and quite a small staircase, so if you have a lot of luggage it can be a bit complicated to get everything up and down. Yukari and her husband helped me out, so it worked. The apartment is also quite bright with a lot of windows. It's located in a workers area, which is very quiet. There aren't many amusement activities close by, but it takes only ~25 min to walk to Tokyo station and ~20 min by train to Akihabara, so you can get to lively areas quite fast (Shibuya is ~40 min away by train). Yukari is very friendly and answers frequently. She also lives in the apartment on the first floor, so if I needed anything she would always help me out the best she could.

It’s a good size for a couple of travelers with an additional foldable bed if needed. There’s a mini fridge if you need to keep anything for a few days. The amenities are as listed. You do need to carry your things up, so just be mindful of that if you plan to have large luggage or bags. It’s also about a 5 min walk from Ningyocho station which can get you to and from either Haneda or Narita airport directly. It was in a nice and quiet areas. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ginza Section L flat—-the location, the amenities, the neighborhood, the staff’s responsiveness, the cleanliness (incl the weekly cleaning). The only drawback was something that was not under their control, i.e., several nights of construction noise. The respectful and efficient staff responded to questions reasonably quickly, long before I arrived. Clear email instructions made check-in a breeze. We appreciated the weight scale (very handy for luggages); unlimited laundry detergent and shower supplies; the medium-sized (not the usual minibar size) fridge with a freezer compartment; copious hot water and strong water pressure; almost instant heat or airconditioning. These are possible improvements: a description of the landmarks around the address; a 2nd power bar for the person on other side of the bed; an umbrella or two; and wall hooks in the bathroom. Also, highlight the convenient underground passage from Ginza station to right across the flat.
