Monthly Rentals in Chippendale

Thais's place was amazing. It was centrally located - at least for our needs - and had some great restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The place was fantastic with nice sized rooms, a well appointed kitchen, and a delightful balcony to enjoy the Sydney weather. Thais was incredibly responsive to messages and reached out several times during our stay to check in and make sure everything was good. I would stay at Thais place again in a heartbeat!

I had a good 2 week stay at Emma's place. What stood out was her immediate response to my request of a early checking. As I was getting in aftet a long international travel, good four hours before the check-in time I requested Emma for an early check-in and she immediately understood my request and lo behold my apartment was ready to get in even before I reached. Also request for linen change or any other request was immediately attended to. She is a great host and I would recommend her place all! Thanks Emma for everything ❤️

We had an excellent time staying here. Very close to multiple train stations and bus stops, lots of cafes and food options, and in a quiet and safe part of the city. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed!

Lovely appartment, nice fluffy towels and little touches like boxes of tissues, coffee pods for machine and carton of milk and chocolate biscuits left in fridge for us. Nice big comfy bed. Plenty of hot water for showers. Great to have washing machine and dryer in unit. Plenty of wash tablets, dishwasher tablets and other cleaning materials. Handy for Light Rail (tram) and all other trains and buses from Central station. Balcony overlooks busy road so while nice to sit out on is noisy. Only slight noise in appartment but didn't disturb sleep. Great location for exploring Sydney. Would stay again if needed a place to stay in Sydney.
