Beautiful apartment on the beach. very spacious, has everything you need and more. Really nice pool that overlooks the beach. Some sun loungers as well, was always really quiet. We basically had it to ourselves. It was great for a few relaxing days after travelling. There's also a pool table / table tennis + a small gym. All the staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful. Fernando was equally very helpful and would answer any questions we had. He made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return if back in Salinas.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este departamento en Salinas. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra estadía. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, ideal para descansar y disfrutar. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y cordial en todo momento. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar y volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro.

This place was ideal for a calm vacation. I went with my two kids and its was kid friendly. The children’s pool was great. The location was amazing. I did appreciate how they were able to accommodate us earlier than the 3 PM check-in. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful. Having the parking garage was a huge plus. The host was responsive and very helpful. Restaurants are of walking distance and it was a really great and safe place to be.

El departamento de Daniela es perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia con niños, si buscas un lugar tranquilo, privado con un mar bastante suave para bañarse con niños es este el lugar. En cuanto al personal q administra el edificio, excelente muy serviciales dispuestos a ayudar y son muy limpios la piscina diariamente le dan limpieza , recogen basura todos los días. En cuanto al departamento muy limpio, ordenado una vista privilegiada, con todo lo necesario en cocina para poder cocinar o servir alimentos aire acondicionado y televisores todo en estado óptimo, un departamento con una decoración q da mucha paz, volvería para mis próximas vacaciones.

Me gustó mucho el Lugar sin duda me quedaría otra vez ahí, tal vez algo para considerar si quieren una vista amplia del mar busquen los pisos más altos, en el piso 4 se ve súper bien pero subimos a la azotea y se veía increíble.

We were very satisfied with the apartment during our 4 weeks stay. The apartment included welcome gift, is in a safe area, very nice, clean and very good equipped, including a kitchen. The large balcony has a nice view of the beautiful Chipipe beach, the building has two nice swimming pools, jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna and exercise room. All is clean and well mainlined by dedicated building staff.

¡¡Excelente anfitriona!! 100% recomendada. Monse se mostró muy amable y acomedida en todo lo solicitado. Quedé encantada con el departamento y la acogida. Lo único aparte del dpto es que no pudimos usar la piscina ninguno de los dos días ya que se encontraba en mantenimiento. El resto de instalaciones muy bien, regresaría otra vez.

Michelle was a great host that responded to all of our questions and requests. The staff that worked in the building were very helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful experience.

El departamento es tal cual como en las fotos, incluso mejor. Moderno, limpio, bien decorado, y la vista a la playa es espectacular. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y todo lo necesario. Marco fue un gran anfitrión, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda me volvería a quedar. 100% recomendado.
