Condo vacation rentals in Chipipe, Salinas

The location is excellent, it was close to everything, the apartment is just as you can see in the pictures, clean and tidy, the person who received us was very helpful at all times, we really liked it and we will definitely be back.

The apartment was very comfortable and beautiful, the area was very quiet, it is very well located near the beach, everything was very clean and Susana was an excellent host. She was very attentive.

I loved it! And my family was delighted by everything we could enjoy about the place. Excellent comfort and Mr. Diego was very friendly.

I had a great experience in this apartment in Salinas. It is very conveniently located, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, which made our stay much easier. The place is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying. Communication with the host was quick and cordial at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

This is the second time 😃 and we really like the quiet, comfortable, nice view, private beach, swimming pool... I'll be back soon for sure

Beautiful apartment on the beach. very spacious, has everything you need and more. Really nice pool that overlooks the beach. Some sun loungers as well, was always really quiet. We basically had it to ourselves. It was great for a few relaxing days after travelling. There's also a pool table / table tennis + a small gym. All the staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful. Fernando was equally very helpful and would answer any questions we had. He made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return if back in Salinas.

I really liked the place. I would definitely stay there again. Maybe something to consider if you want a broad view of the sea, look for the highest floors. On the 4th floor it looks really good, but we went up to the roof and it looked amazing.

Incredible to enjoy a private beach, it made us feel safe and calm. Enjoying walks very early in the morning and at night.

The apartment is strategically located, in front of Chipipe beach, close to restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, equipped, and has concierge service. Another point to note is that the host was very kind, attentive and promptly managed things

We really liked Patrick’s place. It was clean and foreseen of all you could potentially think of. The terras was a great plus. Patrick went through the trouble of foreseeing us of some basic food and protected the house as we have a toddler - we appreciated his caring attitude very much! Access to the place, the nice pools and beach were hassle free. He was there for check in and check out and made sure everything was clear - thanks again for a care free stay!

One comment for improvement, the internet needs to improve the coverage, the bath towels should be in better condition, put a blender to make some juice or smoothie, that would be all, the rest is very good, everything according to the photos and very good service...

I stayed for several weeks at this fabulous condo. The condo itself is bright and cheery with a fabulous view and all the amenities you could wish for. The building has 2 pools with 2 heated jacuzzis for the best in relaxation. There is also a secure designated parking spot that I could store my paddle boards, making it a quick few steps to the beach and off for a peaceful paddle. I am a Canadian living in Ecuador and have stayed at many accomodations around the coast - I would say without a doubt that this condo and the host are the best. Highly recommend and hope to return to visit soon.
