80m2 apartment on the third floor overlooking the historic center and partially on the Vena canal, 150 meters from the boats to / from Venice, with air conditioning. Consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a convertible sofa, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom, and with a terrace from which you can also see the lagoon and the port. The terrace has tables, chairs and umbrella to enjoy breakfasts, aperitifs, dinners, or even just sunbathing in complete relaxation.

La Maison du Flaneur is located in the historic center of Chioggia, near the steamboat to Venice and the islands of the Lagoon. It is located near the bell tower with the oldest medieval clock in the world. And it is only 1 km from the beautiful beach of Sottomarina. The house is located a short walk from the municipal parking lot. On the ground floor, you can find the Hall and the bike storage. The accommodations are equipped with many comforts, including a beautiful upstairs terrace.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional Venetian house from the early 1900s, completely renovated in 2023. Location close to the Duomo, if you arrive by car you will find the Park Saloni at 400 meters (€4 per day) and the Giove car park at 450 meters (€0.50 per hour). Just 1.5km from the beach, also convenient for going with a public or private boat to Pellestrina.

Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).

The property is located in the historic center - between the old streets (calli) near the canals and the lagoon - near bars, restaurants, bacari and tavernas. 50 meters from public water transport, 1.5 km walk from Sottomarina beach, or 20 min. by public transit to Caroman Island's Natural Oasis beach.
