There are also plenty of seasonal activities, such as skiing, hiking, river play, hot springs, and Hokuto City, which is surrounded by famous peaks, has many viewpoints where you can enjoy views of Mt. Yatsugatake, the Southern Alps, and Mt. Fuji. There is also an abundance of spring water. Please try to find them. The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. Inside, you'll find artwork such as murals and stone carvings of black birds, as well as books and photo collections selected by the host, which you can take your time to enjoy during your stay. * The capacity is 4 people, but if it is only adults, the number of people who can stay comfortably is up to 3 people. * The price shown is for up to 2 people, and 10,000 yen will be added to the accommodation fee for each additional person.

You can use the entire building of a sophisticated design house studio at the foot of Mt. Yatsugatake. There is a spiral staircase right in front of you when you enter the front door.You can enjoy an extraordinary experience in a space furnished with exquisite pieces. Feel free to use the spacious living space, atelier space, rooftop bathroom, wood deck, and garden with stone kiln. [Accommodation fee] 1 building fee.Up to 6 people can stay at an even rate. The accommodation fee includes consumption tax, Nagano Prefecture accommodation tax, and Airbnb service fees. There is a Yumichi Morning Cafe on site, and if you book at least the day before, you can eat for 1,300 yen (including consumption tax). It is 1,500 yen with a drink. We are closed in winter. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. You can also walk to the bus stop. Kayano Station is a 10-minute drive. Suwa Interchange is 9.4 km and 15 minutes away by car. It is very convenient, but it is comfortable like returning to a peaceful country house. We will reduce the price for 5 or more people. Please ask me about any of these services. This is a private rental accommodation located in the Tateshina Kogen Highlands. On clear days, from the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset over the Central Alps and the starry sky. You can also enjoy trekking using the cable car. The building is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and office chairs, making it ideal for a workation. There is no TV, so please enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. The base rate is for one person, including use of the sauna. If you are staying with more than 2 people, we will charge ¥6,000 for each additional person. Please note that children 2 years old and younger stay for free. We recommend coming to the facility by car. Please complete your shopping in the area around the station in advance. Please note that a day-use hot spring facility is located about a 5-minute drive away. In 2026, the sauna will be available from April to the end of November due to freezing temperatures.

This lodge, which was completed in 2022, is let out to a single group. For summer vacation bookings in 2026 (for stays from July 21st to August 31st), children up to elementary school age stay for free. [Please do not include them in the number of people when booking] (We offer slightly early check-in throughout the year (after 2 pm)) Especially in the winter, the sun sets early in the forest, so please come early. [No optional fee for the wood stove or BBQ grill] The Magnolia accommodation fee includes the fee for using the wood-burning stove, BBQ grill, and campfire pit. - Supplies and equipment There is floor heating throughout the first floor. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
