Chill refuge in the midsts of NY bustle and speed. Stayed with Daqual for nearly 3 weeks for a grad school intensive program. It was a perfect place to land after 12 hour work days. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. Private room and bath is a rare find, clean and comfortable. Staying with someone you don’t know for that long can be a gamble but I feel like I struck the cosmic lottery by booking with Daqual. He is kind, easy going, great boundaries, helpful with navigating the city and a super interesting person. Stahing here made a generative trip even better. Definitely recommend and will be returning.
A spacious rooftop terrace features a wooden bench and a glass-topped coffee table. A decorative potted plant adds a touch of greenery. The area provides expansive views of the city skyline under a clear blue sky.

Amazing Micro Unit W/ communal rooftop and kitchen

AnaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
2nd time staying here and it was well worth it. The elevator was broken so walking up to the 6th floor wasn’t ideal but I honestly can’t complain too much because I had closer access to the rooftop which has great views. Overall great location! Will definitely be coming back!

Master Bedroom - Unbelievably RARE Penthouse Oasis

MilenkaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I had a wonderful time staying with Nader and Evie and their two lovely cats! They are amazing hosts and were always down for a chat, were very quick to respond, super helpful and had great tips for things to do. The appartment was very nice, I especially loved the balcony with an amazing view of the Manhattan skyline and I slept very well in the lovely bed. The neighborhood is fantastic as well. You’re surrounded by nice restaurants, bars, and cafés. And you can get anywhere super easily with the metro and a lot of places are also withing walking or biking distance. I can definitely recommend staying with them when visiting NYC! It was my first time visiting NYC, but if, or I should probably say when, I return I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Evie and Nader again!
