Beautiful place, beautiful house, attentive and friendly host, flexibility at check-in and check-out. We had a great weekend at Claudio's lakefront house! It has all the necessary amenities and more. The jacuzzi is extremely relaxing, the pool is large, the beds are of good quality, the house is beautiful and the plot has many spaces to share with family or friends. Extremely recommended if it is a large group that wants to have a good time and relax. There are minimarkets nearby to be able to stock up if needed and the caretaker of the house is super friendly. We had a wonderful stay at Daniel's house. The house is spacious and comfortable, the beach is steps away, on the same property, which also has a beautiful myrtle forest! One and a half blocks from the waterfront, an old building but the apartment is beautifully remodeled. One bathroom is super small. We were lucky to have requested parking in advance, as one had just become available and the host let us know immediately. Super complete kitchen. Comfortable beds, I would definitely come back!

Cozy apartment in a very central area of the city, María José is an excellent host, concerned with everything and with very good communication from the day of the reservation. I highly recommend it, a good value for money.

Our stay was wonderful. We received a lot of attention from our hosts, Alexis and Suli. Casa Marcoleta is very close to numerous attractions in the central region, all of which can be visited just by walking to the site. Access to the subway (red line/Santa Lúcia) is also a few meters from Casa Marcoleta. Our apartment had everything we needed for our 7-night stay, comfortable beds, and was super clean and organized. Definitely a place to return if we are in Santiago de Chile!

The hosting was wonderful! Large, spacious apartment with many closets, I loved it! Luis always responded quickly, was an excellent host. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the metro, markets and restaurants. The pool terrace overlooking the Andes Mountains and Sky Costanera is beautiful, that's all it's been well worth it. We loved the apartment, I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very short but totally worth it. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities and has a nice view from all the rooms with a nice terrace from where you can see the sea and some houses. Something very convenient is that it is within walking distance to go to the beach. The apartment was very clean and has good beds. Alejandra, our hostess, was very loving, all the time, providing all the necessary information so that we could arrive without problems and giving additional information about the surroundings. great stay. for 2 adults and 2 children, the place is impeccable. Very safe and with good facilities. recommended. On the date I went, this is April, it was possible to use the premises without problems, I don't know about high season. Excellent heated pool for children. i would go there again.
