The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Cabin M features a full kitchen with coffee and cookware, full bath, a queen size bed, a washer and dryer. The large closet has plenty of space for hanging clothes, with iron and board. Our Wheeler St. bungalow is located off of one of the main arteries in Vernon, TX. It is perfectly located for our Summer's Last Blast Cruise weekend. We are 1 block off of Wilbarger St (business 287). We are walking distance to 2 restaurants and a snow cone stand. Our place is pet friendly and has a wonderful backyard for your fur baby to enjoy. Lots of squirrels to keep them entertained too. We are approximately 50 minutes from Wichita Falls, TX & 35 minutes to Altus, OK.

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Quiet place located just outside of town but close enough to all the amenities. Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. Plenty of room with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin.
