This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Our Wheeler St. bungalow is located off of one of the main arteries in Vernon, TX. It is perfectly located for our Summer's Last Blast Cruise weekend. We are 1 block off of Wilbarger St (business 287). We are walking distance to 2 restaurants and a snow cone stand. Our place is pet friendly and has a wonderful backyard for your fur baby to enjoy. Lots of squirrels to keep them entertained too. We are approximately 50 minutes from Wichita Falls, TX & 35 minutes to Altus, OK.
