We loved the place, it has a spectacular view. The department comes with everything you need for a nice stay. We enjoyed the peace of mind we needed. There is a market nearby with a variety of good quality products. We will definitely be back on our next vacation again.

we had a great time at the host. everything was super clean and the apartment is big with a great view to the ocean (sunset is amazing). I even saw dolphins from the balcony. If I would go again to this area, that's will be definitely the first place I would ask to stay. Big thanks to the service at the location. They do a great Job.

The beach is beautiful and very clean. The house has direct access to the sea and the view was wonderful. It was perfect for a trip with friends, swimming in the sea and making a bonfire. Mr. Luis was very friendly and was always ready to help. The house has other tenants on the upper floors but we didn't feel any inconvenience, in fact we didn't see them. I highly recommend that you rent the house if you want a moment of tranquility, sun and sea.

We were greeted by Mrs. Luz's husband, then her niece in charge was attentive to us. The place is nice, private, safe, there are few families around, pet friendly. For the date we came it was a little cold at night, but good weather in general. There is quite a bit of wildlife, we were able to walk quietly with our dogs on the beach. The house is very nice on the outside and inside, clean, with several appliances and kitchenware to use. The bathrooms are also very clean. The only problem is the showers, in some the water comes out but mopping solves it. The pool is small but it was very clean, quite nice. The grill is good, we brought our own charcoal but there was some to use, I would recommend bringing lighters. It is better to come with your own car to be able to get to Boulevard de Asia easily, but in any case there are Ubers that accept the trip,

From the time we booked until the end of our stay, we always had a quick response from Roiki. Her attention and kindness made us feel right at home. Quiet, clean place and everything in order. Highly recommended.

The duplex is very nice, modern and in perfect condition. Great view! And space! The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also hand towels a hand soaps and also toilet paper 😊on every toilet space! Great! To get to the sea you have to cross and walk down a big flight of stairs. Only the beaches are stone and it is difficult to get to the sea. A better option is to go to the beach of Santa Maria beach ( 10 min) by car. san Bartolo has beaches that are more suitable for surfers than regular visitors. There are several restaurants and markets close by. 100m from the apartment there is a minimarket with all kinds of good meat freezer and fresh for on the BbQ! What is wrong in summer time is a fan for each bedroom. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 fans. It is super pleasant to enjoy the view during breakfast or sunset! The apartament is recommended if you are looking for a nice, sleek place on the coast with a great view!

Really the house is very nice with everything you need to spend nice stay, the pool in excellent condition and the large and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, we would return another time. Communication with Luis is excellent and fluid, very helpful in everything.

I loved the stay at the place, complied with everything stipulated in the notice, the only thing we disliked my family (who had babies) and me, is that unfortunately right in the place next door they smoked a lot and the smell entered the whole house. It was a fact that totally escaped Ainé's hands, but it happened. Outside of that bad time, the house and the care provided by Ainé was very nice. 🫶🏻

We spent some incredible days in this beach house with my family (we were 6 people). Everything was super good - the house is very comfortable, with beautiful finishes and just steps from the beach. We also quite enjoyed the pool and restaurant of the club which was very rich. We had a little inconvenience with the thermal that didn't turn on, but they fixed it very quickly and were always attentive for us to have a great stay. We will definitely be back soon!

The beach house was spotless, and it had a very particular and nice old/modern style. The kitchen had all the necessary implements and we even had a cooler and awning available to go to the beach. The house's small pool is perfect for the little ones and the condominium for all ages. The beach is spacious and we really enjoyed it even though there have been days with red flag. Finally, Carol's attention was timely and with accurate directions.

The house is nice and has all the amenities. The place is super quiet. Inside the condominium there is a small store. There's security... everything's clean. I really liked it... especially the tranquility of the place, which allowed me to relax... On the days I was there, there were not many people around the house.
