Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

Maison de caractère au coeur d'un parc de 45ha

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Cottage La Rive du Loir 3km from Zoo de la Flèche

The Gîte "La Rive du Loir" is private (open in 2025), also private swimming pool and not overlooked. Since March 15, 2026, a 4th bedroom is open 10 m from the cottage with its shower, wall-hung toilet, TV... The capacity of the accommodation is therefore 11 people (including 2 with the convertible sofa in the living room). For 2026: Heated swimming pool from March 27 to November 1. Same date for 2027. It is heated to 29°. Gîte overlooking Le Loir located 2.5km from La Flèche Zoo.

At the back of a quiet courtyard, you benefit from a garden completely enclosed and not overlooked. Bedding is provided. Possibility of accommodating up to 20 people and 4 babies by booking an adjoining cottage. A 120 m² reception room can also be reserved. The whole is located in a small village near the Flèche and Le Lude, between Angers, Le Mans and Tours and Saumur.

Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.
