Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

Château Stables with Truffle Orchard

In the grounds of a 15th century château - featured in a number of home & interior magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. (This accommodation has not been adapted for people with disabilities of any kind.)

You'll love this quirky 120 m² cave suite with private spa. In the heart of the rock, it offers a bedroom space with double bed, bathroom, living room, turntable and a refrigerator. The wellness area includes a large swimming pool, 4 jacuzzi seats, a counter-current swim, a sauna, an open Italian shower and a relaxation area with deckchairs and hanging armchairs. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Perfect for celebrating a special moment or just getting together.

The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.
