Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chieti

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

We felt very comfortable in the house. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. The terrace is just wonderful. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful home. The upstairs terrace has incredible views of the mountains and we loved hanging out up there. The cafe right down the walkable alleyway was perfect for an afternoon coffee and the owner was incredibly kind. Lorendana was also kind enough to let us drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time and recommended us a local, private driver Flemenia who we used during our entire stay in Spoltore. This home is a great option if you’re looking for a quiet and tranquil getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Claudio's place. The landlords were extremely friendly and we felt very welcome. The accommodation has everything you need and is in a quiet environment overlooking the mountains. By car, many supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The parking lot is also easy to reach and right by the house.

What can I say, everything is perfect ....we found a beautiful place.... I have to go back absolutely, thank you Angelo for every exquisite person

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiara's, in lovely Capestrano, for two weeks in Abruzzo. It looked just like her photos, with ample space on two floors to spread out. The kitchen had the amenities we needed to prepare tasty meals with incredibly fresh local produce and dairy items. The small refrigerator was helpful to store our perishable culinary treasures. And wine! Tucked at the top of a staircase off of the small road, it was very quiet and very close to the main piazza. Whenever we needed groceries, a pharmacia, delicious morning espresso with cornetto, or a nightcap with some of the regions incredible wines, we were only a 5 minute walk away. Chiara was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with suggestions of what to do and see in the area. So many beautiful, charming mountaintop villages to explore! We felt very safe staying here and leaving for the entire day, to marvel at this most extraordinary, naturally stunning area of Italy.

Cosy apartment in a quiet neigbourghood with wonderful view over the hills and the sea. Excelent parking place in the shade. Stefano's family was very friendly and helpful.

Recommend for everybody who wants a nice place to stay

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and as described. Everything was very clean and the towels smelled really good and fresh, as did the bedding. Francesca is super friendly and always available and was also immediately helpful when there was something. We always traveled by car, you could also walk but since it goes very steeply uphill, we didn't do that in the heat. You can definitely see the sea from up there when you stand on the street, which is very nice. We felt comfortable in everything. In this sense, once again many best regards, Francesca

The place is very spacious and comfortable. The family who hosted us is made up of special people and very hospitable, especially Grandpa Giò. It is very easy to reach the train station, both on foot and by car, also because in front of the station there is a large free parking lot. The property is in a very quiet area from which you can easily reach the surroundings and organize pleasant excursions. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to Roberta and her beautiful family!!!

We took this house with friends and we really felt at home. It had everything we needed, comfortable and warm. As much as we liked it, we also decided to stay one more night. We hope to be back soon.

Everything is as described. Claudio is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very big and nice. A large terrace. From the apartment, it is a 25-minute walk to the city beach, to the train station. Close to a 24/7 shop. I recommend

Short stay in a beautiful and peaceful village in Abruzzo. The house contains everything you need and the garden with pool is very well laid out. The owners are lovely people who also own a restaurant in the center, which we recommend you try.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We were very comfortable. Everything was well appointed. the veranda and the view of the snow covered mountains and the sea were stunning. The beautiful hardwood floors added a luxurious feel to the house. It is definitely a villa with a beautiful garden. We would have liked a couple of lamps to brighten the interior a bit. The hosts were very kind and welcoming . All in all an extremely pleasant stay.

Nine friends who had not seen each other for years who were able to enjoy the little time together in a beautiful, comfortable space, equipped with all the comforts. The house is clean and tidy (to the point of having closets with shelves labeled with various accessories), we felt at home from the first moment. Francesca, the host, is kind and helpful. During our stay it snowed a lot and Francesca took care to know how we were and did everything to allow us to be calm and enjoy the magical place where we were. A beautiful experience.

We used Serena's place in a particular context. Indeed, it was a support point for our team that was participating in an international sporting event. Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.
