Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

Equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning to every possible kitchen utensil, not to mention the extra amenities provided in each bathroom or inside the laundry area. Original, modern, refined and elegant furnishings. Dreamy outdoor space! Breathtaking view, an entire orchard with 100% organic products at our complete disposal. Vincenzo is a discreet and reserved host but always present and available as needed. His tips on activities, restaurants and places to visit in the area are very much appreciated. Upon our arrival he gave us a bottle from a local winery and some excellent Abruzzo oil. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoor space, super well-kept garden and breathtaking 360º view, spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Perfect solution for those fleeing the chaos of the city and looking for a totally relaxing stay. All that's missing is a nice pool, then it would be the house of dreams! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. Renovated apartment with comfortable beds and very clean. Loredana was always available for any of my requests and was extremely kind. I recommend it for a short vacation as a starting point for various excursions in the area.

Everything was perfect, easy to access and very clean. Centrally located, 5 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the beach. The host was nice and helpful, with restaurant recommendation and quick answer to any of our questions.Pick this place when you are in Pescara! It’s really worth it! Grazie mille!

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

A location nestled in the warm hills between peace and quiet, spacious and clean. It was very easy to relax and have fun with a hot tub, sauna, and tennis court. Antonio is a host always ready to help and impeccable in making you feel at home! Highly recommended ☺️

Short stay in a beautiful and peaceful village in Abruzzo. The house contains everything you need and the garden with pool is very well laid out. The owners are lovely people who also own a restaurant in the center, which we recommend you try.

Nice accommodation with all necessary facilities, a big garden and a magnificent pool. Located in a quiet area with superb views on the surrounding mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

We had an incredibly lovely time in this fantastic villa! It was the perfect place to enjoy a break. The house was huge and equipped with everything you could wish for. The pool was just awesome – we spent a lot of time there and enjoyed the sun. The hostess was great. She was always available and really took care of every detail so that we could feel at home. We immediately felt welcome and in good hands. The villa was also sparkling clean when we arrived and it was clear that a lot of love for detail is put into the work here. We had a really unforgettable time and will remember this trip for a long time. Definitely a clear recommendation!

It's like visiting grandma's house. Everything is well maintained and has the charm of a cozy, small apartment from the 1960s with appropriate furnishings. Alessio is very friendly and helpful. He picked me up from the train station despite a considerable delay of my train and helped with the luggage. Because I arrived so late, I couldn't go shopping for breakfast. But that was no problem, because there were juices and yogurt in the refrigerator. In addition, milk, small cakes and coffee and on the table was a fresh bouquet of flowers. So you really feel welcome and the apartment is not a sterile hotel room, but a real home with soul. Glad to come back!

The house is very well situated between Atri and Pineto, and has a fantastic view of the surroundings, ocean and sunset (probably sunrise as well). Paola and Carmine were extremely responsive and gave plenty of good suggestions. The place is also very well equipped if you’re planning on cooking. The only slight downside is that, being just off the road, you can hear the cars going by when you’re in the garden. But even considering that, the place is great value for money.

First time I can honestly give five stars on everything in airbnb. Couldn’t imagine anything better than this and I wish all the best for Edigio and Ilaria. They made our trip unforgettable and I’m grateful for such a lovely experience in Atri and all the politeness and help on everything. This made me feeling like at home.

I stayed in this apartment and was really satisfied! The house is cozy, clean and well organized. The kitchen is perfect, with all the necessary tools for cooking comfortably. It was really nice to find essentials like salt, oil, sugar and spices, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Not having to think about buying everything you need to cook was a real plus. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well connected area. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort and practicality!
