Vom Südbalkon habt Ihr direkten Blick auf die Chiemgauer Alpen, dem Chiemsee und auf die Fraueninsel. Der See und Badeplatz sind 20 Meter entfernt.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof and has a covered 19 m² balcony, which extends over the entire length of the apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.

The apartment is directly on Lake Mattsee, with bus line 120 it takes about 40 minutes to Salzburg. By car, it's about 21 km. You will love my place because of the direct south view of Mattsee, direct lake access and quiet location. The surroundings around Salzburg offer many leisure activities. Therefore, we recommend booking at least five nights in this beautiful area. The apartment is also ideal for trips to the city of Salzburg and Innviertel Oö
