The building is very secure and well-located in northern Chapinero. The apartment is cozy—ideal for a solo traveler or couple. While the smart TV’s placement is a bit odd, everything else was great. The host was very responsive, and the residence staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities are excellent. I didn’t try the gym, but the pool was warm and spacious. The on-site restaurant is a nice bonus, with welcoming wonderful staff. You’re close to Calle 14 and 15, and about a 15-20 minute walk from Parque de la 93. For other areas, taxis are necessary, and Bogotá traffic can be slow—but that’s true everywhere. If you want to relax, walk, and eat well, this is a great choice. Overall, a wonderful experience. Guillermo and Santiago were very kind and made my baby and I feel at home. I really liked that there was a washing machine, which made things a lot easier for us. I also loved that they had children's channels, so my baby was entertained. In addition, they gave us the option to check in early, which was very helpful. We spent 4 very pleasant nights at Cristina's house. The area is the best in Bogotá, it is clean and safe at all hours. It has many shops nearby. There was a problem that was quickly resolved thanks to the communication, which was excellent even though the host lives on the other side of the world. I would definitely come back on my next visit to Bogotá.

Very nice apartment, located in the middle of the Candelaria. Since check-in is non-autonomous, we had to wait several minutes before the host arrived since we arrived early in the morning, despite communications with our host. Note that the soundproofing of the rooms near the street is not ideal, we could hear perfectly what was happening on the street. For the rest, nothing to say, everything was perfect and suited our group of friends. I recommend it!

Truly has to be one of the best places to stay in the city. Super close to everything , space makes you feels like your at home , clean and super easy access to everything in the building. Gym and terrace has an amazing view of the city while you work out or just wanna relax on the terrace. Not to mention Mauricio was an amazing host and would always respond within seconds when contacted. Will be my first choice in the city for future stays in Bogota for sure !

Excellent accommodation, it has everything you need, a good location, very nice

Our third stay here so Ill just repeat my last review : Great little apartment in the La Soledad area close to Parkway where there are lots of great restaurants. The area is also really nice and safe. The apartment is great comfortable beds great bathrooms with hot water and good Wi-Fi. The house was also really responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bogota.
