Such a great place. Victoria's parents are absolutely lovely and will make you feel right at home. The room is comfortable and you have your own dedicated bathroom just opposite. The internet speed was fantastic throughout my stay and easily held video calls etc. The surrounding area is very chill and offers a broad range of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Cannot recommend staying here enough!

Perfectly located and easy to access to with 24h security guards in site. Amidst the water rationing warning, there was running water everyday I stayed at the apartment. My check in was pushed to a later hour and the host was timely to let me know. Best location in town (Bogotá is my hometown), guards were attentive and the apartment looks exactly as advertised. Will stay here again on my next visit.

I HIGHLY recommend this accommodation. for one person or a couple, it’s just perfect! Great location in one of the safest and most walkable neighborhoods in Bogota. And the building itself is super secure with 24 hour doorman. Beautiful views from the apartment, clean, open, modern, well-organized space, easy to move right into and feel right at home, and very happily so. And Oscar was a super responsive host! Don’t hesitate to book!

This studio was newly updated with clean and stylish furniture. The building is located in one of the best areas of Bogota with many good restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. Had a fantastic stay during my first trip to Bogota. Clara Lucia was super responsive, and the unit was clean and spacious. The location was great - a 15 minute walk from all the restaurants in the Parque de la 93 area. There are numerous markets within walking distance. There is traffic noise (the building is next to a major traffic circle), so I would recommend earplugs if you you are a light sleeper, as traffic starts picking up by 6 a.m., but we had a great stay overall and would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

My experience was very satisfactory, Fernando is an excellent Host; the location of the place is excellent, accessible to many places of interest in the city. If I were to return to Bogotá, I would definitely return to the Touristic House
