The apartment is very close to the beach, just 250 meters away, and the promenade where you have bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, etc. Right in front of the apartment you have the river promenade and parking area, and behind it is a pedestrian street called Calle Agustín Varo where there are shops, bars, etc. It ends right next to the supply market where you can find our almadraba bluefin tuna and all kinds of fresh fish.
