The place is highly recommended as well as the host, Antonio. The house is located in a very well located development (less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and shopping area), quiet and equipped with the services described. The house was very clean, and it has all the equipment described in the listing. Finally, we highlighted the availability and excellent treatment of the host, who at all times tried to make our stay great.

Sergio was a very attentive host with the directions and the service, the accommodation was all perfect with great facilities with all the kitchenware, spacious rooms and private parking, I went for work issues and I will not hesitate to rent it again, I recommend it 100%.

A few very nice days, only occasionally spoiled by the rain. Great place, total involvement with the guests and everything was very good.

We have spent a wonderful family days, the interior of the house is very spacious with different spaces and everything is very clean. The pool is very nice, noting that they spent every morning to clean it and we will never forget the spectacular sunsets. Both Blanca and Veronica were attentive at all times during our stay. A beautiful place…. There's everything … washing machine…. Dishwasher…. Etc …. Everything is there….. Group with eight people… we were able to have two exceptional houses…. Antonio is attentive and charming…. Very good contact and great kindness... He speaks very good French ❤️

We had a great weekend! The apartment exceeded our expectations. Communication with Mar was a pleasure. Super friendly and helpful, you can tell she really enjoys hosting. The place is idyllic, with super nice views of the golf course, the empty beach and an unbeatable location. The house was impeccable, cozy and very comfortable, I have no complaints. Wow!! What a house!! This house is truly stunning, the work and detail that Ann has included into the house is out of this world. It really was a memorable trip for the whole family. For a family of 5 which includes 3 teenage boys we do struggle to fine somewhere that can accommodate us all with enough space for us to have family and private time, but this house ticks all the boxes, plenty of space inside and out for us all. We spent a lot of time outside on the lovely roof terrace, from morning coffee to evening drinks whilst watching the bats flying around! Plenty of local restaurant's and bars just outside the front door, but also a nice peaceful environment, all good value for money with exceptional food and service. As for Ann what a wonderful host, she went over and above to help with any recommendation's even booked for us which was very helpful if we were struggling with the language. I would highly recommend a stay at this house you wont regret it!

Great stay, new house, clean and very complete. Very well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Quiet and well-maintained development. A 10-minute walk to La Fontanilla beach (very busy) and by car to nearby Calas Roche... also close to Conil, better to take a 20-minute walk than by car. Julia and Juani are very friendly and accessible hosts. I definitely recommend it, thanks!

the house is very well located. It's pretty, cozy. It has a terrace with great views. Alberto is very attentive and facilitator in everything. If we go back to Vejer, we will not hesitate to repeat.

A great stay and even better treatment! The house is incredible and Ignacio has it in perfect condition and smells great! We had a problama with the keys, our fault, and Ignacio without being able to be present helped us a lot, solved the problem and is a very close and friendly person! The stay was a 10 and the human quality was much more! I recommend it 100% Muchisimas, thank you Ignacio for everything!

We have spent a great few days, the house is very nice, as it appears in the photos, equipped with all the details, the development is great, and just over five minutes from the beach by car. I would definitely recommend it.

Communication beforehand and handoff went very well. Nuria was accessible at all times and resolved directly with problems. Mattresses a little too hard for our standards; Nuria immediately provided us with Topper and offered the second bedroom. Best service. The property itself is in a very quiet golf course overlooking ancient olive trees. Everything is well maintained and very clean. Spacious rooms with lots of space in the bathroom. In the master bedroom, you can hear sounds from the neighboring apartment from time to time. Otherwise everything is perfect.

The accommodation is very good. Cozy and in a good situation. Parking is a great advantage since it is difficult to park in the area. It is a quiet area and Teresa is a good host. If I had to put on a glitch, it would be that the beach access stairs for the return are a little heavy and the mattresses in the upstairs room are improved. I would still come back.

Fantástico adosado para una vacanze en familia. Direct access to the community pool and beach. The urbanization is beautiful, quiet and very safe for children. Alejandro was also a great host, always attentive to everything. I recommend it 100% and we'll be back.

Thank you for the wonderful time. This is truly a beautiful house - spacious, modern, equipped with everything necessary, very convenient and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It was warm and cozy even on cold evenings. The kitchen is modern, well-equipped, and spacious. Also, the wonderful green grounds are a great bonus.The beach is quite close. We’d also like to mention that José was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely come back again!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. 100% recommended accommodation to spend a few days in CONIL. Its strongest point is the location, which together with the characteristics of the stay make it the ideal accommodation. Complete kitchenware, air conditioning in all rooms, plus radiators and fans, complete furniture, bathroom and toilet. We would definitely come back.

A very comfortable, beautiful and pleasant house to spend a few days. Very well equipped. Pilar was helpful at all times.

We have been very comfortable in Belén's house. It is a good base of operations to reach the tourist towns that you have to visit. In a beautiful urbanization, and very well-kept, close to the beach. The indoor pool in winter is great. Also, there is a Mercadona very close. In winter you enjoy a lot of peace and silence. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

Maria del Carmen is an amazing host. He was very kind and helped with everything. Her home is great for a family. Totally recommendable and we will surely return. Thank you very much, Maria del Carmen, for a good vacation!
