An Absolutely Perfect Stay in Goa! 🌟 I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Goa! Everything about this place was just perfect – from the immaculate cleanliness of the villa to the incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality we received. The host was truly exceptional – super friendly, always responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. From giving us great local recommendations to ensuring everything at the villa was spot on, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Even the caretaker was polite and attentive, making the entire stay feel effortless and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. I genuinely have no complaints at all – just a big THANK YOU to the host for making our short stay so memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

the place was great , the host Mayur and caretaker manjunath were easy to reach and resonds immediately. the place matches the description and needs a bit renovation like new paints to match pics but overall experience was good and pool was amazing had fun and no disturbance. would like to visit again when I visit goa with a large group next time.

Stay was excellent… Services were too good… Caretakers were available 24x7… Food they cooked was delicious… Pavithra, Tila, Numa and one more female care taker have given the best services…. Facility was comfortable and is friendly for infants, toddlers as well as for adults… Our toddlers enjoyed all the board games, outdoor games, pool and even could watch favourite cartoons too… The stay is close to medical facilities too… we also have good access for Swiggy and zomato too.. Host was very much cooperative… Overall experience is Awesome… I will rate 5/5 for all the aspects…

Though we chose the single bedroom apartment for only a 1 night stay, the location and comfortable stay at the apt made out visit to Benaulim memorable. The ambience was top-notch. Very clean and neatly maintained with all necessary equipments/kitchenware. Walkable distance to beach and lot of great restaurants nearby. Definitely recommended for a small family or a couple.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. My husband and I had a great vacation in Rohit’s place to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were very attentive and the host was always a message away. From the pickup at the airport which was organized by the host to the warm and attentive staff and delicious egg curry. We really wished we had more time here . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . Your beautiful home was like a warm embrace nestled in the middle of all that bustle .

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special
