On site you will find sauna, billiards, foosball, bikes, ping pong, boat... The large 15,000 m2 garden is surrounded by fields and lined with poplars. A small pond is protected and surrounded by weeping willows with a pontoon.

The rental is 12 km from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit, a small town of 8,637 inhabitants with a lake and the Notre-Dame-des-Marais aquatic center. Le Mans is 50 km away, including 20 minutes on the highway. La Ferté is located in the Perche hills, and other villages to visit in the Perche include Nogent-le-Rotrou, Belleme (18 km), and La Perrière. Other good places to visit. (Campfires prohibited.)

5 bedroom country cottage

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

You are staying at the gates of the Perche (Saint Cosme en Vairais) in an old bread oven. Quiet and peaceful place 4 km from the village. The accommodation has a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, a living area with sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom, a plot of land and a garden shed (with outdoor furniture). You have the entire house, and parking is available in my driveway or in front of the house.
