Monthly Rentals in Cherokee County

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at The Sanctuary in the past 2 years. It's comfortable and welcoming. The linens are outstanding and offer a great night's sleep. Marcus is an Iowa small town where you feel safe and welcomed. Jeff's Grocery Store although smaller than a Super Walmart has an amazing selection of items to pick from. You'd have to be pretty picky to not find what you need there. The place is very well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. As I said, we've stay there 3 times and plan to stay many more in the future (if it's available - if you find an open time slot you better grab it!)

If you want to be comfortable and feel at home this is the place. I enjoyed the kitchen and cooked many breakfasts and dinners. It is well stocked with any utensil you would need to make a gourmet meal. Bed was very comfortable and I always felt well rested in the morning.

Nicely decorated, comfortable, roomy, and easy to find house. Nice large dining and sitting areas. Comfortable beds. Gracious and helpful host. We certainly would stay there again.

The Bin is a must stay place! Private, peaceful, clean, charming and inviting! We had a wonderful time during our stay and would certainly stay again and highly recommend it as well! Simply wonderful!
