This is a great place to stay in KL. The views are stunning. The unit itself is simple and sufficient. It is well connected to a mall which has everything. Indian restaurants are about 10 minutes away. Grab delivery works well. Host is very accomodative and helped us out with extended stay. Washer and Dryer inside the unit are a blessing when you are on a long tour. Don't think twice about booking this unit for your stay.

This is very convenient, there are already many convenience stores downstairs, the unit is also very clean, we stayed on the 50th floor and the view was very open.

Definitely a great stay far away from home that brings you both privacy but also amazing views. The neighbourhood is filled with accessible malls and transport to great attraction points. Strongly recommend to all that is looking for a homely environment.

Everything was perfect!! Such a nice, cozy spot to stay in. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful too, despite the central location. And maybe we were just tired from being out and about all day, but the beds were SO comfortable. We all passed out the second we laid down haha Would stay here again in a heartbeat my next time in KL ❤️

We stayed here for two weeks with our family and had a good time. The location is very convenient and you can grab to places easily. Security is very good and we feel safe walking around. The pool and park is very clean. The rooms are nice and neat. The toilets are clean too and there was clean towels prepared for us. We requested a baby cot and was given one. The apartment was great. Location is perfect and walking distance from China Town, Jalan Alor street market, and other popular places in KL. Around the corner you can find supermarkets and decent restaurants. The residence is great, with nice swimming pools and rooftops. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and had everything you need, especially with children. Winnie was easily reachable via message for all kinds of questions. Thanks again!

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

Mr Tong has a nice place. Quiet neighbour. Place kept clean. It’s a double storey house with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on ground floor. Overall pleasant stay

My family and I were already in Kuala Lumpur and needed 2 apartments in the same building. I contacted Jack, the host, and asked if I could view some of the apartments listed. He was kind in allowing me to view those that were available and all of them were modern, clean and had everything you would need for a long stay. We chose two that happened to be on the same floor and truly enjoyed our stay. The Robertson is conveniently located in the center of Bukit Bintang with restaurants, cafes, stores and malls all within walking distance. Jack is a wonderful, helpful, friendly host and would not hesitate to book with him again. Thank you Jack for everything!

Nice apartment, my second time staying at this condo but first time in this unit. Everything was as in the photos and description and I would stay here again. Had an aircon issue but it was fixed straight away. Takes a while before messages are read - it does say communication can take up to five hours for a reply - in an emergency this would be a long time. Suggestions - a small pair of kitchen scissors, some garbage bags for the bin and a kettle upgrade as the button doesn’t work properly. Thank you again

This is my first time staying in chii place.. it such a wonderful stay..netflix provided and the decoration feels just like home .. amazing view from the balcony..will come and visit again in future
