La maison dite du vigneron du château de Meauce est située en face et au pied du Château, elle est classée Monument Historique et se situe sur le site naturel classé du Bec d’Allier (confluence entre la Loire et l’Allier). La maison date du XVIème siècle et servait à héberger la famille du maitre vigneron, puis de la couturière du château. Détendez-vous dans cette maison unique et tranquille au pied de la rivière Allier (plages privées du château à 100 mètres à pied de la porte de la maison).

I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the village Crezancy-en-Sancerre. There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

Master bedrrom with bathroom and office corner, second double room, and children room with two singles (2x 90 cm/ bedroom to go through to reach one of the double room).

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

Our beautifully renovated country home in France has 3 bedrooms, a loft, two living rooms, and 2 baths, as well as 2 fully equipped kitchens. We have a huge garden and patio, facing the natural Loire River! Our village has dozens of wineries in walking distance. The are has many beautiful surrounding villages, wineries, and castles nearby. We also have 10 bicycles of all sizes to be used on the many beautiful bike paths around our home.
