Master bedrrom with bathroom and office corner, second double room, and children room with two singles (2x 90 cm/ bedroom to go through to reach one of the double room).

Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

We have auto built this cabin of natural materials with respect for the environment and nature all without water, but with the electricity of a solar panel and a wood burning stove.

Come and relax in this charming little house, ideally located next to the beautiful Étang de la Plancherote and a short walk to the center of the village. You will be won over by the fireplace in winter (wood not included) and by the small garden full of flowers in summer!
