Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cheongpyeong-myeon

Host was helpful with prompt responses, and gave clear instructions for the checkin. Love the portable TV as well! Wanted to use the lovely attic for reading but it was a little hot up there, would have been perfect if there is airconditioning in the attic too! Note that the bathroom is not directly connected to the room, but that seems to be how the old style houses generally are. It was a unique experience though, love that the hot tub was spacious and even had a skylight! Room was comfortable and cozy :)

너무 친절하시고 하나하나 너무 잘챙겨주셔서 행복한 여행이였습니다!!! 에어컨도 시원하고 뜨거운물도 잘나오고 식기나 모든게 다 깨끗했습니다!!!!다만 주변이 산이라 모기가 조금 큽니다!!! 바르는 모기약 꼭 챙겨가시길 ㅎㅎ

한적한 시골 동네에서 너무 잘 쉬고 갑니다~ 다음에 또 갈게요!

Wow Hosu’s home and hospitality is absolutely amazing. He was ready to help us with everything and very accommodating. His home is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. The location is also very central making Ubers extremely affordable. Thank you for everything

We highly recommend Space Moda to anyone who is staying in Seoul for a few days, or a longer stay. Moda was an exceptional host - this was the best lodging we had during our entire 23 day trip to Japan and South Korea!! We will come back for sure the next time we return to Korea!!!

오랜만에 조용한곳에서 아무방해없이 좋은 시간을 보냈네요. 숯불도 모닥불도 제가 직접불붙이기 쉽거 잘 준비해주셔서 잘 사용했습니다. 개인적으로는 침대와티비가없어서ㅜㅠ 살짝 아쉬움ㅋㅋㅋ 미니 수영장도 아주좋았습니다. 새소리도 좋았구요. 여튼 잘 먹고 잘 쉬고 했어요.

필요한 물품이 모두 넉넉하게 구비되어 있고 놀거리도 충분합니다. 친절한 호스트와 예쁜 정원의 꽃이 있습니다.

Die Wohnung war toll und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unser Kleinkind hatte genug Platz um zu spielen. Die Koffer in den dritten Stock zu kriegen war etwas anstrengend, aber okay. Den Kinderwagen durften wir unten in den Hausflur stellen. Wir durften sogar spontan eher in die Wohnung, was sehr praktisch war. Das Café Yeon können wir empfehlen :)

사실 에어비엔비 사용을 처음해보아서 낯선것도 있었는데 계속 질문해도 늦은시간에 정신없게해도호스트님이 빠르게 너무 친절하게 응답해주시고 너무 감사했습니다ㅠㅠ일단 숙소가 너무 너무너무너무너무너무너무너무너무너무 깨끗했고, 위치도 아울렛과 가깝고 , 편히 쉬다 갑니다 다음에도 이용하고싶어요. 감사합니다 ㅠ

Great location with access to buses and metro and a palace 5 minutes away on foot! Lots of cafes and restaurants, and a pharmacy and convenience store less than 3 minutes walk away. It's perfect for the solo traveller. It may be small but it has everything uou need, including a comfy bed!

Le logement était vraiment super ! Très facile d’accès, avec des ascenseurs ultra rapides et une propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. Il est situé à proximité de Myeongdong, ce qui est idéal car tout est facilement accessible depuis là : trains, bus, tout est à portée de main. Il y a même un GS25 directement dans le bâtiment, super pratique au quotidien. Et en bonus, un rooftop accessible en haut de l’immeuble, parfait pour se poser et profiter de la vue. Je recommande sans hésiter ! ☺️❤️

nice, quiet area! it is a little tucked away and around some construction, but it isn’t disruptive. great room and easily access the bus stops and subways in the area.

급하게 예약하느라 날짜를 착각했어요 가족 중 한명이 아픈 상황이었고 어린 세 아이가 있는데 숙소예약 날짜 실수로 인해 정말 막막했는데 다행히 배려해주셔서 입실할 수 있었습니다. 친척집 놀러온 것처럼 필요한 것들이 모두 갖추어져 있어서 아이들과 편안하게 쉴 수 있었어요. 저희 아들이 실수로 카드케이스 뚜껑을 밟아서 깨졌는데 변상도 거절하시고 아이먼저 걱정해주셔서 감사했어요. 기회가 되면 또 머무를 생각입니다. 감사합니다~^^

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

인테리어 공사때문에 보관이사하고 2주 이상을 숙박했습니다. 일단 위치가 정말 미사 중심가라 어딜 가든 도보로 편하게 갈 수 있고 숙소 상태도 청결하고 정돈된 분위기로 특히 뻥 뚫린 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다. 호스트 조이님은 연락할 때마다 즉각적인 답장과 전화로 문제를 해결해 주셔서 숙소 생활에 불편함이 없었습니다. 주차도 수월하고 편하게 지내다 갑니다. 미사에 숙박할 일이 있다면 조이님의 숙소 추천 드립니다.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

I really enjoyed my time here, the flat was bigger than what I imagined it to be which was a pleasant surprise but it wasn’t too big either - the perfect size for one. The location is great and near the station and near a bus stop for the airport bus limousine service The hosts were very helpful and responsive, clear instructions provided with images everywhere Overall a very nice and pleasant stay, thank you again

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

Amazing location. Not too far Away from the hongdae street (5-7 minutes away by walking). Area is quiet so i got a good rest after a whole day of sightseeing. Baba was always quick to answer to my questions and the Apartment was completely clean. I had an amazing time in Seoul and would definetly recommend this place to everybody. After staying for 3 weeks it really felt like home. Thank you so much :)

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

很愉快的一次入住体验，离弘大很近，我觉得弘大是最好逛的一片，而且民宿离地铁站公交站都很近，所以住这边非常的方便。民宿很温馨，很有家的感觉，房间里应有尽有，跟普通的民宿不一样，有厨具，洗衣机，烘干机，洗衣液，甚至还有卷发棒，对女生超级友好，而且周围环境也非常好，很安静，晚上睡觉根本不用担心会吵。房东人也巨好，有求必应的那种。走的时候非常不舍得，下次来一定还住这里。

I stayed with a friend for more than a week and we felt good at the accommodation.. William was friendly and communicative. The location is very good, in an area where the locals live ..and from the central area we took the bus about aprox 30 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation 🤗
