In 2025, Chemnitz was named the European Capital of Culture. In this context, the Zietenstraße is currently being renovated as part of a large district upgrade of the Sonnenberg. Earlier dilapidated old building will be renovated top. New diverse cultural offerings arise at a time. A place for the curious, pioneers and explorers! Right now, the road is being completely renovated! Because of the construction site, it may be very noisy in the bathroom facing the street during the day!

There is a small dam nearby for swimming and a leisure pool or the Muldenwehr in Hartenstein. The actual village, shopping and train station are about 1 km away. Larger cities such as Zwickau, Schneeberg and Aue can be reached quickly by car.
