beautiful apartment on the 4th floor (DG) of a renovated Gründerzeit house on the Kaßberg - the most beautiful district in Chemnitz ;-) The apartment is very quiet, as it is completely located to the courtyard (unless there are barbecue parties... but that keeps it in the frame). You have the entire apartment to yourself: living room with super large sunny ROOF TERRACE, bathroom with tub, bedroom with 140 bed and kitchen. Everything you need is there (and maybe a little more... ;-))
