Cottage vacation rentals in Cheltenham

Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

We had a fabulous short break in Humbug Barn. Beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Delicious meals waiting for us to cook upon arrival and fantastic hosts. We had a couple of minor issues that Amanda and Mark sorted straight away. Extremely friendly and very welcoming and the dogs were made to feel at home too. Thank you for making our stay really relaxing and we would definitely recommend. 5 stars for sure!

A fantastic place to stay. There was absolutely everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfy and the showers excellent. Simon was a great host - very helpful. The Hub next door was very handy - we enjoyed a cold pint once we’d arrived and even took home a cheesecake for later. The hot-tub was also a nice thing to have and was very private. I definitely recommend Simon’s place and would come here again.

This place did not disappoint! It was a stunning location, backed up with a fabulous cottage, spotless hot tub and outside, covered area. Cheryl was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would thoroughly recommend. Malvern is a beautiful place, and when you can stay in a stunning home like this it makes the whole experience so beautiful. The cottage was pristine, every room was clean, tidy and well equipped. The kitchen and living areas overlook the beautiful scenery and the terrace area was comfortable and had a stunning view over Malvern. The group of ladies I travelled with all said it has been worth every penny! Thankyou so much again Cheryl!

Beautiful home and very hospitable hosts!

Jamie & Dan are very fortunate to have this beautiful property. It is the ideal country location for escaping away and distancing yourself from our increasingly busy lives. The gardens around the property are stunning, the views are incredible and the local area is amazing to explore on foot, bike or by car. We had an amazing stay and would happily return, and have already started to recommend to friends & family

This place is so lovely! Host Meng was so kind, even putting some beautiful flowers in the cottage for my birthday ❤️ the view is spectacular, it's one of the most peaceful places I've been. Hot tub is great fun, the kitchen has got everything you need including washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The bed was comfy, plug sockets everywhere you'd want them and usb sockets. It was great to see how dog friendly the place is with throws for the couch, fenced garden and fixed stairs gates. I highly advise popping into Jolter Press Cider bar/shop and getting some food from the local Chinese takeaway. Also a walk to St Anthony's Well, there's some step incline/declines on the walk there but it's beautiful and you have to take a dip! We also went to the Three Choirs Vineyard that was beautiful and good fun too. I would definitely come back and I think it would be equally beautiful in any season, our summer trip was fantastic but I'd love to see it in autumn or winter too.

Had a lovely couple of days at Hlolly Barn. It’s a beautiful property in a gorgeous spot. The weather was fantastic which made everything even better. It’s really very easy to explore some superb walks and trails across the common and downs. Brockhampton Estate is well worth a visit too. Sarah is very friendly and it’s great to know she is next door without being intrusive. Loved it!

Sue and Tim are both fantastic hosts - warm, vibrant, informative, accommodating and helpful. You are instantly made to feel very welcome. They both seem energetic and fun. The cottage is a well-planned inviting space. The bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. We particularly enjoyed breakfast outside, overlooking the peaceful surroundings. The fresh eggs, milk and bread were an unexpected treat. We made the most of Sue and Tim’s recommendations and had a couple of delightful walks, including one to Miserden. The cottage is perfectly located for a tranquil relaxing time whilst not being too far from various towns. Thank you for an excellent stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Catherine’s cottage! Catherine was so responsive, helpful, and so kind throughout our stay. The cottage was absolutely beautiful with very thoughtful touches throughout. Location is perfect, especially for exploring the northern part of the Cotswolds. Our stay coincided with a few hot days, but the cottage was comfortable and Catherine ensured there were fans available to keep the air circulating. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip to the Cotswolds!

Absolute gem of a place in the Cotswolds. Stunning cottage and beautifully maintained which was perfect for our family of five. Victoria was amazing throughout the process and made several extra touches to toast a birthday occasion perfectly. We will 100% be back

We have stayed here before and were not disappointed. The property is always immaculate, attention to detail is superb. We really appreciate the fridge items and fizz, such a lovely homely touch. We are heading back over Christmas. This property has everything you need. We love it and so does Alfie ( the westie)

Lovely little cottage right in the heart of Winchcombe. Beautifully presented, with everything we wanted for a week's escape to the country. Easy to access, clear instructions given in plenty of time of our arrival, and any questions we had were answered quickly. While there are 2 at least double beds, 4 adults might struggle (especially if they're tall) as there's a few low beams in the living room especially, but for us that just added to the authenticity and charm of the place. Only one thing to note- parking can be a little 'hit and miss' during the day, but we were always able to get parked right outside on the evening. We had a fabulous time and this place will definitely be on our list to look out for if/when we return to the Cotswolds area.

Our stay at Victoria’s cottage was one that we will reminisce about for a long time - hopefully we will be back soon and will stay much longer! We were so comfortable and felt very much at home, with a dream king bed and beautiful art and textiles decorating the home. Wotton-Under-Edge is a scenic 20-minute walk away for all amenities. Truly a restful Cotswolds experience surrounded by farms and nature.

The photos don't do justice to the beautiful cottage and the lovely views from both the living room as well as the bedroom. The place offered lots of privacy with well kept garden around the cottage for our use. It comes with all amenities as exactly as described and was a perfect place to be away to unwind and be with the nature. The other big benefit is that it is located centrally to most of the attractions or places of interest within the Cotswolds area. So you can venture to any of those areas and be back to rest and relax at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit Cotswolds area.

We had the most amazing stay to celebrate our Honeymoon. The cottage was beyond our expectations - felt like we were living in a fairytale. Martin had left lots of useful information about the local area which we used to plan our days and get the most out of our time in the Cotswolds. The cottage itself had everything you could possibly need for the most relaxing, peaceful stay. A trip we will never forget! Thank you for letting us experience a little cottage life with such breathtaking views all around! We cannot wait to visit again!

We stayed the night before my wedding. Ann communicated superbly, place was spotless, we had a very generous selection of food / drink left for us when we arrived. Would recommend to anyone wanting a value for money stay in the area - visit the Masons Arms too for dinner, huge portions!

Lovely stay at Cider Mill Cottage. Had everything we needed for a family of four. Great location, walkable to the village with its pubs/restaurants and tea shops. In walking distance to Sudeley Castle too which was a nice day out. The cottage was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The owners were very responsive too.

All I can say is we had a lovely time. It was nice to finally meet one of our hosts Nigel while packing the car to leave. It is a very pleasant place to stay and we enjoyed the eggs,wine, bread & Jam supplied by our hosts.
