Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Chelsea

We had a wonderful stay at Marc's cottage. There was plenty of space for 6 of adults and 2 dogs. Having beach access as well as a hot tub have the best of both worlds. We really enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated plenty of host supplied wood, kindling & chairs and small touches like including marshmallow skewers. Marc was a great host and very fast to reply when we did reach out. We wouldn't hesitate to use this airbnb again!

This was the quiet, relaxing trip we needed. Such a beautiful little home, in such a serene and peaceful setting... Exactly as described and listed. They were also so nice, polite, and welcoming. We ended up at their restaurant for lunch one day as well, and it was such a lovely time.

Angela's place is great for a group getaway, she was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Absolutely stunning setting and a very clean and well appointed rental. Charming vibe and super cozy set up. Amazing master suite and also very comfortable secondary suite. My family all felt “right at home” and we would definitely consider returning on our next visit to the Ottawa area. Jumped in the Ottawa River on May 18th and can attest to the cleanliness of the water and the nice sandy beach! Exceptional place to relax, refresh and recharge! This is a magical place. We spent as much time as we could on the screened in patio because of the view, wildlife and relaxation without bugs. The living space was beautiful and functional, so well stocked of essentials and more. It felt like we were visiting friends who were happy that we were there. Great communication, very welcoming. We found the location to be a nice balance of wilderness and close enough to towns for needs. It was a great spot for us as we toured through all the towns outside of Ottawa. This area of the world is beautiful. And there are no better hosts than Julie and Tony.

This was simply breathtaking. My guests and I could not believe how amazing the sights were from the cabin. Even though the lake was frozen, it was still a wonderful things to experience and see. All they could ask was how I was able to find something that beautiful. I’m definitely looking forward to going back. I wish we had places like this in the US.

I recently stayed at this cozy Airbnb for 2 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I booked, the host Tony was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Any questions I had were answered promptly, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for my stay. The place itself was just as described — warm, inviting, and spotless. The fully equipped kitchen had everything I needed, which made it so convenient to prepare meals. One of my favorite parts was the excellent patio area. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the fresh air, and make use of the BBQ — such a relaxing way to spend the evenings. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful getaway. I’ll definitely be visiting again in the future!

This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! The loft we rented was absolutely beautiful—stylish, spotless, and even more stunning in person than in the already-gorgeous photos. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The owners were simply amazing (merci Pierre & his wife) —so welcoming, kind, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Super accommodating and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and we’re already planning our return. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back! 💛

Such a lovely place to stay at! Apartment is huge , well decorated, comfortable and very clean. Loved the rustic feel, all the while with all amenities one would need.

Great place, clean and as described/shown. Only minor quibble I would note is that cooking some fries in the air fryer (only to golden, far from burnt) did set off the smoke detector as there is no exhaust fan in the kitchenette area and the smoke detector is quite close and apparently sensitive. Took a little while to clear out the air and have beeping cease, not sure how guests can be warned or guided on this but it was the only negative incident in the stay. Host was communicative and responsive, very helpful. There was firewood/kindling/matches to use in the outdoor fireplace, and they set up the electric grill which worked decently though fair warning that it is a challenge to clean afterwards! Rented it for an event in Ottawa and driving back and forth was great but didn't have a chance to explore the local area though it seemed lovely and very peaceful with a quaint downtown street. All in all a great place to stay!

Serene surroundings, well equipped kitchen and bathroom., Extra bedding and quilts are accessible, gorgeous backyard, there’s cute mug collection and also a bookshelf. There isn’t too much checkout criteria too, it’s all east and amicable. Curated bath supplies 👌🏻

Michel’s place was really beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. It had everything you need and more! We spent a week with our dog enjoying the perfect location and space. From hot tub to the pellet stove to the arcade game, this truly has everything you need to relax and enjoy. From pre check in to check out, Michel was an outstanding host who was always responsive and helpful. He is so kind and warm always willing to help if we needed anything at all. Truly a superb host! We really would love to come back someday.

Had an amazing stay in this cozy chalet with a beautiful lake and fall views full of colours! Gurmeet was very responsive and helpful. The drive to this place makes the experience even more beautiful and worthwhile. Will visit again!!

We had an amazing time at Alison’s beautiful cottage. It felt so cozy and welcoming, with everything as described. We loved the private setting with no one around us. It was the perfect week to enjoy the waters, kayaking and floating around in the lake. Definite bonus that the cottage is pet friendly as we always love to include our fur babies when travelling. The place was super clean and comfortable. Alison was amazing in her communications and replied right away to any questions or inquiries. She even brought over a hose for us when we asked. Thank you so much for having us and we look forward to coming back to Closs Crossing next year! Highly recommend!!

This was our second stay at Kim and Scott's and we loved it again. Very private and peaceful cottage, right on the water. We brought out paddleboards and paddled the entire lake. Super cute place for two people.

We stayed at La Belle Denis cabin and it was literally as presented in the picture. The cabin is warm in winter with hot water ! Perfect for a weekend gateway. We love the quietness in winter and the trail on the property. We hope to comeback in Summer to check out the lake! Shu

Nous avons passé une formidable fin de semaine. Même si il y a 4 chalets l'endroit est très calme et lorsque nous étions sur le balcon, ont se sentais seul au monde. Il y a une piste cyclable autour du lac et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. il y a une petite épicerie au village mais pas vraiment de restaurants aux alentours pour livraison etc. En conclusion, superbe endroit, superbe chalet!

Terre & Neige est une pépite précieuse. La passion de Julia est rafraichissante et inspirante. Nous avons adoré non seulement sa cuisine mais également sa belle convivialité. Le chalet était superbe, l’attention aux détails aussi. Je recommande vivement pour une expérience réellement de qualité.

We loved it! The cottage is located in a private area on the lake, well-decorated, and has 4 levels making it very spacious. The hottub and sauna were awesome - perfect for our winter stay. We liked the couch in the downstairs living room as it was big and comfortable, and we appreciated the Roku for easy streaming. We had no issues driving to the cottage even after heavy snowfall - the private road and driveway were cleared. Walkways, stairs and decks were also cleared. Plenty of room outside for walks with a dog and other activities. We would highly recommend Siobhan’s cottage!

Place was beautiful , great location, private and lots to do … well stocked kitchen and games. Just a little issues with checking in but Francis was able to set up remotely and stayed in touch throughout. Also offered late checkout . Will definitely visit again… thank you for being a great Host !
