Super clean and very spacious apartment! Has everything you need for a home away from home. Cute pool area and rooftop patio. Responsive host!! I had requested a hair dryer and they delivered it that same day!! Very much appreciated! Also a small convenience store across the street with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh juice everyday! Loved this stay while enjoying Progreso for the first time!

Enjoyed the residence and the amenities. There was some road noise but nothing too late at night. Mario was very responsive and helpful. He was proactive, reaching out to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend.

We loved our stay! The hosts were so friendly, very welcoming and helpful with everything. It is a place to relax, with the beach right in front. We used the beach chairs and sun umbrella everyday, and while watching the flying flamingos at sunset. The village is a short walk away. We’ll miss our long walks on the beach, the quietness of this place and our kind hosts. We hope to be back!

5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

The response time was excellent, we did request extra beach and bath towels and they arrived within 24 hours of requesting. Thank you to you and your team for everything. Also the onsite te of Antonio and his wife are amazing!

Fuimos en familia. El departamento superó nuestras expectativas. Es muy cómodo y aún más hermoso que en las fotos, está bien equipado y con una ubicación privilegiada, a escasos metros del mar. La limpieza y el orden eran impecables, y todo funciona perfectamente. La vista al mar desde el balcón es simplemente preciosa. Además, cerca se encuentra el Oxxo, restaurantes, el muelle, el centro y había feria, lo que fue perfecto para nuestras vacaciones. Definitivamente recomendamos este departamento ampliamente. Es uno de nuestros lugares favoritos y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Gracias a los anfitriones: Lizbeth y su esposo, por su hospitalidad y sus atenciones. Gracias también a la coanfitriona Carito que de igual manera siempre estuvo al pendiente.

La casa está muy bonita, pero el patio y el balcón se llevan definitivamente un 10/10, excelentes vistas al atardecer y sobretodo mucha privacidad, por lo que nos encantó el Airbnb, definitivamente volvería! La playa se encuentra aproximadamente a 5 minutos caminando del alojamiento.

Bonita casa, con cocina / utensilios, y kayaks para la playa. Zona tranquila, puedes sentir la privacidad y disfrutar de la playa. Siempre atentos y responden rápido a las dudas que puedas tener... Buenas recomendaciones para tours y restaurantes.

Honest review: it's fair to say it was a fantastic stay. Amazing sunsets. The hosts were very responsive both before and during the stay. The place is down a long and narrow dirt road but once you get to the home, it's true paradise. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread out, and there is plenty of room for parking. This home is truly steps from the Gulf and there's ample patio space. I loved the thatched roof area with the table, which had lights for the evening. Wifi was strong. Things to keep in mind (some of which are out of the owner's control): having a rental car is a must, it's down a long road that is a fair walk from main road. Air conditioning is present in every bedroom, but not the main living space/kitchen, which can get warm in hot weather even with the large ceiling fans. There is not much beach in front of the home, and barely any in neighboring properties - it's not an area where you can go for long walks on the beach. Rent this place for a quiet beach vacation!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Karla’s place! The location was great - not too far from airport, the town has lots of great and cheap local restaurants, area is beautiful, easy to do day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes, etc! The house itself is gorgeous, we loved the pool and the location to the beach. There are so many bathrooms, including outdoor an bathroom and shower, so cleanup after the beach was extremely convenient! We loved seeing the flamingos fly over us on the beach! It was nice to know that the housekeeper Raul was nearby in case we needed anything to had questions. Our stay was 10000/10, we would love to come back again!

Todo excelente, todo el tiempo hubo buena comunicación desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Muy buenos anfitriones y el lugar está muy bonito, sin duda volveré muchas gracias por sus atenciones.

Northon is the most communicative and proactive host I have stayed with. Before even arriving he told me about the home and gave me all sorts of local recommendations depending on what we wanted to do. Location is great - right on the beach and walking distance to local restaurants. We didn’t realize ahead of time the public road next to the house which locals use as it is a public road and beach so it was a little busier on the weekend, but felt like a private get away during the week. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we loved the going right out back with our 3 year old to the beach! We did stay for 6 weeks so did have a couple things like propane run out, etc which is expected when staying for so long and Northon/local property manager resolved anything as quick as possible. The paddle boards provided were a hit and water filtration system made us feel comfortable with the water/ice. We felt 100% safe here and would go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Hermoso lugar, muy tranquilo para descansar; todo de excelente gusto y calidad. Todos los servicios funcionaban a la perfección. Yo fui por una competencia de aguas abiertas y poder descansar tan pacíficamente fue lo mejor. La playa sí está muy cerca, puedes verla al entrar por la calle,. Si llegas por la noche hay alumbrado en la calle. Para conocer los pueblitos si necesitas transporte, pero hay un mercadito a 5 minutos que realmente está muy surtido, y un go-mart muy cerca de ahí que venda unas hamburguesas muy ricas. Es un excelente lugar para visitar.

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Óscar siempre estuvo al pendiente, súper atento y amable, el alojamiento está más que excelente, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más para pasar unos días increíbles, la próxima vez que regrese seguramente me volveré a hospedar con él.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

I very much enjoyed my stay. I had no reason to contact Roxana but she reached out to me to ask how things were.
