Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! I would recommend Patricia's place! It's a dependent accommodation with its own private entrance and it feels like home! The accommodation is clean and has all the necessary amenities! One night at Nicolas's in this perfectly furnished studio on his property. I came for a sports competition so I needed calm and the accommodation was perfectly suited to my needs. Everything needed for cooking, washing and resting was available. Even if it's a sofa bed, its size is large and the mattress comfortable so no worries. The only downside could be a stay in summer with high heat but it is always possible to leave the windows open.

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

Ariane's cottage is ideally located in the historic city center but quiet, close to the market, cinema and parking. An old but well-equipped home with wide, clear rooms. A great stay.

We spent over 2 months in this lovely stand-alone cottage which had everything for the perfect stay: comfortable clean rooms, large kitchen and bathroom, soothing decor, and wonderful surroundings. We enjoyed the beautiful Cognac vineyards, blossoming cherry trees, flowers everywhere and a refreshing pool. Watch the sunrise from upstairs and the moon rise from your front door (private entrance to the cottage). Thomas respects your privacy but is instantly responsive if needed. A peaceful escape in the countryside, yet only a 5-10 minute drive to nearby towns. Highly recommend it!

The accommodation is very nice, well arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is available, with real attention to detail. The terrace, with its table and loungers, is also a real plus! The only small downside: the tenants downstairs are quite noisy.

Very nice accommodation, as described and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well appointed and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

We stayed 3 days and 4 nights, and it was a very enjoyable weekend. Isabelle is really a lovely host and her home is just beautiful. The description was perfect and the tranquility of the Charente countryside was ideal for a relaxing, rejuvenating weekend. The Nordic bath and brazier were really the cherry on top. Very pleasant stay at Hubert and Florence's. Nice little house very well-equipped, comfortable and well located near the village of Benet and the Portes du Marais Poitevin. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was amazing! The house is spacious and equipped with every comfort, which made our stay very comfortable. The garden is really an oasis of peace, with a beautiful canopy that is ideal for sitting outside even in less weather. The pool was an absolute topper and made for a relaxing holiday feeling. The host Filip, responds quickly to questions and their website has a lot of useful information about the area. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back. Highly recommend for those looking for peace and comfort!
