Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Cheatham County

There are not words in the English language for me to perfectly depict how wonderful my stay was with JC! The place looked exactly like the pictures, JC is very communicative, and he has so many amenities. There were personal hygiene products in the bathroom, which is super great (especially for someone like me who always forgets something). Also, he has the lovely Public Goods products in the shower. There were snacks, and a nice full Brita in the fridge. On top of that, he had a nice local guide, and I personally thought it was the perfect location. It’s not quite in the middle of everything, but I found it close enough to where you could walk or have a very short drive to wherever you wanted to go! My boyfriend and I went for a concert at Marathon Music works, and it was only a 20 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again! Worth every penny (: Thank you JC!!!

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described. It was well stocked for anything we needed and very clean! We easily walked to the restaurants, bars, etc. It was the perfect place for our quick business trip and I would highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Nashville!

We wanted to book an Airbnb for CMA fest and found Latoya’s listing. It was everything as promised. The place was very neat and tidy, as was the pool. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance which was perfect. Latoya and Deontris made sure we were well taken care of snack wise and toiletries wise. They kept us well informed of any nearby performances happening for CMA fest, and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. I highly recommend and would book again!

D and Debbie were great hosts and their place is fantastic! Nice part of Nashville and easy to get everywhere. Apartment was clean and inviting with all the amenities you might need. This was our first time to Nashville and the rental worked out great! D was very responsive, friendly and helpful!! Rent their place!!

We stayed in Nashville three nights. Loved the place and the location. It is in a historic part of the city, walking distance to nearby restaurants, yet being on the river it's peaceful. Kimberly was very responsive, we got her response within minutes when we had trouble with the lock, but she walked us through it. The apartment kitchen and bathroom looked like it had just been remodeled. The kitchen appliances looked brand new. the kitchen was equipped with everything you need, as was the bathroom. we found the king size bed to be very comfortable. It was great to enjoy the pool after an morning of sightseeing. we would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

Had a great time staying at Michael's place! Super close to Ole Smoky Distillery which was a lot of fun and the tastings were great. Place was clean and looked like the pictures and enjoyed using the pool / cabana. Walkable to Broadway Street and can't really beat that convenience. Will look for his place on my next trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very new and modern. It was in a good place to easily walk downtown. We were a little concerned about the parking situation but found the street parking was very accessible throughout our stay. Melissa was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

I booked last minute for a quick weekend trip and the location was perfect for us, everything was within walking distance: broadway, the farmers market, Brooklyn bowl. The place was in a nice quiet spot so I’d def stay again

My fiancée and I had an amazing time staying here while we visited Nashville! The room was very clean and spacious! Plenty of things to do nearby! A lot of places to eat within walking distance! Would highly recommend for anyone else! We felt right at home!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Dollys Penthouse was absolutely adorable & the highlight of our experience! It was my boyfriend & I's first time in Nashville. From the moment we walked in, the place gave major Dolly Parton glam-fun, vibrant, and full of personality. Every detail of the decor was thoughtfully curated and made for such a unique and memorable stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better-close to all the best restaurants, bars, and live music spots. All the main attractions were about a 5-minute drive away! Perfect for anyone wanting that over-the-top Nashville vibe. The host was very sweet & communicative, check-in was seamless, and we felt really taken care of the whole time. We took soooo many cute photos both inside & outside the patio! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Nashville! Would absolutely stay here again! :)

When we come to Nashville for concerts we always book with Katie for a night because it always feels like a nice lil get away. Katie's place is always clean, cozy and enjoyable to stay at! She is incredible responsive and always very kind! The condo we stayed at this time had a great balcony overlooking the river with chairs and a table we had complimentary coffee at in the morning before checkout and it was nice to watch the boats and relax. There's also all the amenities you need for a good stay. Katie's our favorite host to stay with and we will definitely be back when there's another show in town!

Love this location. The building entrance was easy to locate- navigation took us right there. All information provided by the host easily explained the steps to enter the building, pick up keys and locate the unit. The apartment was perfectly clean, had no issue with noise and loved being able to look out through the expansive windows and checkout the city while enjoying morning coffee. You can also see a view of the pool. All of the building amenities were fantastic- the gym is clean and has everything you would need, pool is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs, fire pit and relaxing outdoor furnishings. The available parking spot was also nice to have. Easy walk to Nissan stadium and surrounding areas. We felt safe walking day and night during our stay for the CMA fest. Overall- we would choose this location again- Beds were comfortable, a/c stayed cold and having a clean place to stay and enjoy our time. Thank you to our host, Abigail- for always being quick to respond.

Unit was very well maintained and inviting. The balcony was very nice to sit out on and rock in the rocking chairs. Some construction views but didn’t bother us. The pool is an added perk although we didn’t use this trip. Uber ride to downtown Broadway was only $7. It was exactly as described and communication was perfect. Will definitely stay again next time when back in Nashville!

The house was very welcoming and inviting. Very spacious for 8 people. The rooftop patio was our favorite spot to hang out. Close to broadway (about a 15 minute Uber ride to Broadway). Would visit again.

Great place to stay, on the water, boat dock, close to stores and restaurants, host made us feel at home and checked in quite often to make sure our stay was going good. This house has everything you could need.

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

We had the most incredible weekend celebrating my cousin’s birthday and bachelorette at this house. It was so clean, exactly as advertised, so beautiful and spacious!! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful too - so easy to get in touch with. Literally could not have gone better, highly recommend!

Wonderful place and close to the airport and Nashville. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms. Living areas inside the house were great and the upstairs patios off the bedrooms were absolutely amazing. We loved the place and it was perfect for our group celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday with family and friends!

Beautiful home, close to everything. Owner is very fast at responding. Clean and quiet neighborhood and nice to be away from the large crowds. Would recommend and stay again

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!
