Very nice contemporary house of 190 m2, entirely on one level, tastefully decorated and with all the comforts necessary for a great stay. You will have a master suite with its Italian shower as well as 4 other spacious bedrooms (4 double beds and 1 trundle bed) and a large shared bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with central island, 10*4 swimming pool, bus in front of the house to reach the city center of Lyon in 20 min. Private tennis lessons in the subdivision.

It consists of a 45 m2 living room with an equipped kitchen (cooktop, microwave grill, refrigerator, dishwasher...), 3 bedrooms with TV, private bathroom. From the living room and bedrooms you can access a large terrace, an outdoor 15 x 4 m saltwater pool, many deckchairs and armchairs available.

Come and enjoy a 60 m2 independent accommodation (located in a house) fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Relax in the salt pool (10x5) and the 2300 m2 garden with games for adults and children: petanque, ping pong, trampoline, etc.). Fanny's Apartment, 42 m², has been fully renovated. It consists of a living room with TV area and sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, a large bedroom with 160 bed (opening onto the living room through a glass wall), and a shower room. Possibility of a baby bed in the bedroom. The bay window opens onto the garden where a barbecue area will be set up just for you (when the season is right).
