We have a private launch on Bayou Terrebonne for your free use, or if you prefer the Pointe aux Chenes or Cocodrie marinas are just 20 minutes away. 5th generation Family home. Shotgun style Living. The home had plumbing, electrical, mass amount of carpentry, painting, new windows (south side), floors, walls, and ceiling before Hurricane Ida. The front porch and back porch are new. Total paint exterior in 2021, partial in 2023. We have plans for upgrades. Soon to have a screened in porch, next to the highway, with bayou views.
