The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

In a peaceful hamlet, 5 minutes' drive to downtown. It offers beautiful views of MAURIAC and the countryside. Trails, the lake and golf are within walking distance. Living room: 37 m2, bright with soft and relaxing colors with very well-equipped kitchen area and comfortable relaxation area. Bedrooms: approx. 10 m2, in warm or pastel colors with double bed. Bathroom: 6 m2, shower, sink, toilet and storage.

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
